Well, I'm satisfied with one point. I assumed we were going to get nothing after how the jackets have been playing but luckily we picked it up in the third and tied it. I'm still surprised Letang got stopped it's been a while since I've seen anyone stop him, he's been a beast. Good game jackets.

The problem this game I didn't feel was so much the quality of the defense (which was decent up until the last 10mins), but the fact that it was all they were doing in the 3rd. They basically did nothing but try to protect the lead, and a team like the Flames are going to punish you for doing that whether or not you have the best defense and goaltending in the league. I think the Wings first shot on net in the 3rd was the 5-5 goal..
The only way they'll win the cup again is if they start living by the "offense is the best defense"-motto and stop backing off whenever they have the lead.
