Whoa, Bulls on TNT!
To have that poise as a rook is incredible.

BarneyBP said:Damn, I realize the game is only going to overtime but I want to note how bizarre it is for me as a Cleveland fan to see #23 hit that shot in a Chicago game and to remember he's playing on my team this time.
Oh those stinging playoff losses of years past...

Cloudy said:Wow, how many assists would Kobe average if he had competent shooters around him? :lol
I think Paxson will hold on to both of the big guys (so get your greedy claws off of em). If he's smart, he will. Gotta let the checkbook fly, the future is now.
VPhys said:How do you miss 3 wide-open 3 pointers? And you wonder why Kobe's assists aren't double what they are... these scrubs can't make a wide open feed!
Loki said:What the shit? Kobe has one of the lowest FG% on the team, and misses assloads of shots.
Welcome to the real world, where guys don't hit perimeter shots all the time. Guess what: it happens to every star guard. Every star guard's assists would be higher if their teammates hit every wide open shot.

How many defender(s) does Kobe have on him when he misses those shots? He is certainly not wide open.

Cloudy said:Cos I watch the games and I see that happening waaay too often. NBA players should hit open shots off double teams. Fish and Fox always hit those >_<

I don't ask for every shot. Hell, any competent guard in the NBA should be able to at least hit 50% of the WIDE OPEN shots (mind you, not even 50% total shooting). 4 missed wide-open 3s in a row is unacceptable.
Cloudy said:PS: Kobe makes that shot often.
A 43% FG shooter and 33% from deep. 28 feet out. 20 seconds left on the shot clock. 4:00 left in the game. Down only 9.
This is why the Fakers will be in trouble for quite some time.![]()
Kobe showing why he's Kobe with the boneheaded 3 from 28 feet out with 20 seconds left on the shotclock and ample time left in the game to make a comeback
