They need DBs in a serious way, the line and linebackers are
servicable but if they can just pick us apart through the air all day long, a good front seven does nothing. I'd prefer that they trade Davenport (though I think he's an FA this year) or Green and get a solid defensive veteran from a team weak in the backfield to start with defense, and maybe pick up a second rounder or two. They need another stud on the O-line, and maybe another good receiver. The backfield is good but getting old. Offensively we'll be a joke once Favre retires, so yeah, they should focus on the D for a while, but if they're in the top 5 (haha, and from the looks of it, we'll get the second pick behind Houston, barring a few nice Houston games), I'd like them to take the best player on the board.
And then purge pretty much the entire front office and coaching staff. Fuck.
