Glennie was like a mid round pick but had a great season. Last year people thought he was a product of Schenn, this year they are wondering if it is not the other way around.

Yeah, just saw that McKenzie put him at 11, so it's not really a pick out of nowhere.

Kadri will probably be a project, but he put up a ton of points despite missing a lot of games to injury.

I can't believe how far MPS has fallen. I guess thats what happens when you can't put the puck in the back of the net.

I was really expecting him to say something along the lines of "we love you too," or "Aw, come on, you guys finished ahead of us anyway."

Yeah, though it would be humous to watch the fallout play out in the middle of the season, with Heatley still wearing a Sens jersey.

I'm pretty happy we got Magnus Svensson-Pääjärvi .
The draft is mostly a crapshoot, especially after the top 3, but it's still fun to think that these guys will be able to reach their potential.

wow Oilers could have gotten away with a steal here. MSP was the youngest player ever in sweden to play at WJC, also the youngest ever in SEL. Has raw potential.

oilers gotta be happy to pick him 10th.

This is why I don't like that MPS ended up with the Oilers. I have zero trust in their ability to help young players reach their potential. And after how they treated Omark I just dislike them.
