If Steve Francis isn't playing and neither is Brooks, than I have no reason to watch this team. This season is a disappointment unless we see Francis, Brooks, T-Mac, and Yao on the court at the same time, scoring 100+ for at least a month straight.

James >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Alston

Mike James: Good defender, good 3pt shooter, better passer

Alston: Knows how to go to jail. Repeatedly.

Too bad Francis came to camp out of shape and played horrible during the preseason.

"Oh my god you gonna be talking about him again then?"

Even Charles finds this ridiculous.

Holy fuck! Opening night and I'm already soaked in Spurs hate.

I LOVE THE NBA THREAD! :D

BTW, if the Blazers find a way to keep all that talent around for a few years and Oden comes back healthy, they're going to be ridiculous.

SUCK ON THIS CUBAN!!!

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Edit:

One last thing, the Spurs traded Beno to the T-Pups for a 2008 2nd round pick. LOL!

Don't worry, Derek "The Frog" Fisher will make up for his good decisions. He did it for GS, he did it for Utah, and Lakers will get some of it also.
Hey man just because your team that has so much promise is struggling to stay in it against a team swirling around the drain doesn't mean you need to piss in my Apple Cinnamon Cheerios.

I agree w/ Charles I'm tryna figure out what type of team the Rockets are. I know Alston punk ass needs to get out of my starting lineup and insert Mike James thnx.

Fisher sucks. Get over it. It doesn't matter if my team getting used to a revamped organization (which is why they're playing bad), so you're tension excuse doesn't work so well.

You only like him because of the .4 second miracle!

Yes, I'm more likely to overlook regular season craptacularness if a player is a playoff legend.

You'd do the same if the Rockets could get out of the first round. :D

that hurt

That play was amazing :lol :lol

LMA was a beast tonight, except they need to give him the ball even more and let him work out of the post. He just needs to work on his rebounding.

I watched the game with a couple of UT fans so we all wanted to see LMA dominate. We all agreed that Joel Pryzbillia is the most worthless piece of shit on defense. Blazers aren't going anywhere if that sack of shit plays 30 minutes a game.

and channing frye blows.

If Oden played tonight you guys would've probably won. I still think Portland needs one more guard to slash just in case Roy gets shut-the-fuck-down like he did tonight. But, Webster = Ray Allen 2.0.

Ugh. You haven't watched Joel play. He was okay on defense tonight, but he is probably Portland's best defender. He's a 2.5bpg guy. Don't judge him on one game, that offensive spurt he had won't happen many more times this season. He is a highly underrated defender and rebounder. Oden will learn a ton from him.
