The story is supposed to really get going starting with episode 10 so I really can't wait to watch that one. Same goes for ep. 11.

Hell yes! Been nearly a month since that group released Ep. 09. I was beginning to worry that they'd fall too far behind. Hopefully they'll be more consistent with E7 releases in the future.

Full Metal Panic 2nd take rules! But I don't know whats going on, no english subtitle version yet :(

You're joking, right? Or am I misreading what you're saying?

There's 5 different groups subbing it as we speak.

I'm not sure the recent eps are suppose to "blow our minds" as much as it's supposed to be a turning point for the show.

But I haven't watched them, so I don't know. The pacing thrown completely off by the large gap between releases. I'm just going to wait until Bandai releases it.

woo, Angel Heart and more Major. Black Lagoon, Cluster Edge, and Mai-Maid (I'm not quite sure this is the actual title. Need to look into it) are on the trial basis. capeta is on that list as well (F1 racing anime, huzzah!)

Black Cat looks downright awful. =|

In the mean time, Banner of the Stars III is out for those who have seen all 3 series until now :) Most likely the final Seikai animation, but we can hold out hope that the Banner IV will be animated

Re new season: Oh shit new Gunparade anime this fall! and Angel Heart :0

Suzuka
Drama/Romance, HighSchool, Sports (Track&Field)
episodes out: 1-6
Brief Intro
(love hina) guy (Yamato) moves to tokyo to live with aunt who runs a bath house/women's dorm where he is smitten by a high jump (i think thats the sport) athlete practicing. Finds out that she (Asahina Suzuka) is living there as well while attending the same school because she's one of the school potential athletic stars. He tries to get on her good side but she doesn't like carefree/thoughtless people (him), however he saves her from fainting in sauna. Within the next few episodes he meets up with a childhood friend* (they only met once before but it meant alot to her and she [Sakurai] likes him). By episode 6, he confesses to the high jump girl. Oh, the animation/budget is passable.

as for fall anime I heard alot of people talking about the Black Cat manga, and while I never read Paradise Kiss it seems interesting.

This sums up Suzuka perfectly. I've watched the six episodes that have been subbed and the show gets a big meh from me. The animation is rather lame and overall, the show is rather ho hum. I'll continue watching it until I get tired of it, which shouldn't be too long.

Thought it would never happen but, an actual group started subbing Pani Poni Dash! Hope they won't give up after 1st episode cause I got tired of watching raws and not understanding much.

Oh yeah, like already stated PPD! is done by same folks as Tsukuyomi Moon Phase and it's like Azumanga/Sensei No Ojikan on some heavy drugs, in other words awesome stuff...though not for everyone.

Solty Rei and the new Gunparade look good so far.

I'm hyped for Blood+.

Also, just saw the AIR movie. Incredible animation! Sure, it's 1.37 gigabytes, but who cares!

Was it Cloudy who liked Koi Kaze? I finished watching that and I must say for rather taboo subjects it was done very nicely although the pacing was a bit slow.

I <3 Koi Kaze. Certain scenes in the 4th and 5th episodes were a little difficult for me to get through, but I was very glad I kept watching. One of my favourite anime now.

And yes, Cloudy likes it too.

I liked Koi Kaze. ^_^

And ooh, I've been interested in seeing PPD. :) Might wait to see how much more gets fansubbed of it though.

Actually what got me into the incest themed stories was boku wa imouto ni koi wo suru (roughly 'i love my little sister'?) scanlated manga and found out the was an ova released pretty recently (both fansubbed). It seems like they both follow a similar pattern but unlike koi kaze this one is shorter and seemingly lighter in atmosphere involving non-identical twins.

Also was just browsing animesuki and I'm surprised on what people picked up with the symbolism during the ending of Koi Kaze.

Whoa! Todays Full Metal Panic TSR ROCKED!! It's dark! IT'S GOING UP THERE, WITH NGE! I'm beginning to like this more and more, what they're doing with Chidori, and foremost Sausuke. :D

God damn you if you read this before you see the episode:

When Sausuke smashed his fist into his laptop. Damn! I never thought they'd take it so deep with the love story, turning out to be some thing great this is. This series is going to kick so much ass from now on.

Finally a GOOD ASS anime series to watch again. *HYPED*

Whoa! Hold on...Is that Blood+ series based off of the Blood: The Last Vampire movie?
I'll definitely be on the look out for that one.

They completely changed the design and atmosphere from the looks of it.. Shame, it's what I liked most about Blood. :(

Yeah it's really excellent, too bad it seems like it will only be 13 episodes ;_;

nice, a new Gunparade March series. i'll check it out.
though Paradise Kiss will probably be my favorite. Where is the Yotsuba& anime?? I guess that'll be next year...

More people like Koi Kaze (which I didn't find too special) and still no one likes Ai Baby (which I found amazing). Anime Gaffers -100.

I liked Aishiteruze Baby. Not /alot/ but I still liked it. :lol It seemed to be pretty big in the anime community though.

Personally I'm rather looking forward to Paradise Kiss anime. :) I like Ai Yazawa stuff so hopefully should be interesting. Though I want NANA anime ! :lol

I also liked Ai Baby, although the manga was better (I love the artwork and look forward to her next work) but the manga ended worse then the anime.

This is pretty much it for me. this has to be the best show ive ever seen, not just animated either. whoever thought of putting Hip-hop with feudal japan is a pure genius. he should get a nobel prize
