here is an example of what we had to put up with last week:

3rd and 10, favre throws a pass broken up by spencer (should have been picked). goldson comes over and gives spencer a high five, and spencer does the "no good" motion (like the refs do on FG's).

flag comes out. "there are 2 penalties on the play. illegal motion on the offense. by rule that penalty is decline. unsportsmanlike conduct on the defense, 15 yard penalty, first down vikings"

wait, what the fuck? i still don't know how that makes sense (even discounting the sheer bullshit of calling an unsportsmanlike conduct for what spencer did). and of course, the next time the vikes D is on the field that white trash asshole on the vikings line does his ridiculous celebration dance (much worse than what spencer did), and no flag.

Anyway, I expected the Pack to get beat down. Our o-line and inability to stop the run had this one pegged as ugly, efforts to beat Favre aside. That we've weathered a WWE-style first half to keep this interesting is pretty promising.

Probably a two score game the entire 2nd half, though.
