oldie but goldie: boomer with tech problems

I had an elderly customer come into the store today asking me what the difference was between WiFi and internet and how her neighbor was able to get unlimited "Jijabytes" for $20 per month and every channel on TV. Also what's the difference between "Jijabytes" and 4G? Is 5G a free update?

I wanted to die.
 
That is a everyday thing when you work customer service I assume.

I'm sales but unfortunately there is some customer service overlap involved.
I work for a Verizon 3rd party retailer. It's a great job, the commission is unbeatable but man some people are just so helpless that we kinda have to help them if that makes sense.
