Watch them use an OLED screen and not add screen or object based motion blur to their first party 30fps games. Should be fine for 60fps titles but 30fps games with fast camera movement will look... not nice.

Screen size is pretty small, so 30 fps would be ok I guess

I doubt this company would be at liberty to pretty much announce a new console from Nintendo.
