This to me is the season's best episode so far.
- The tent scene was heartwarming. Rewatched it a few times.
- I feel bad for Helena after getting ditched like that by Sarah.
- Sarah's a bitch.
- I feel bad for Alison because once again her trust is getting betrayed with Vic the Dick.
- That said, the actor who plays Vic was a welcome addition this episode. Breath of fresh air.
- I won't mind Patrick J Adams in future episodes, but then his character seems like a one-off. He'll needlessly complicate the story if he comes back.
- Cosima's phone call with Sarah got me. Always nice when the series refers to the three sisters.
- The last 10 minutes was mindblowing, if only because it clarified so many things -- between Mrs. S telling Sarah about Duncan, and Duncan finally giving us a timeline of how the experiment ended up with Dyad.
- Still not buying Leekie as the big bad. He turned around last episode and became very likable -- or maybe that's just the writers' way of making us trust him one second and doubt him the next.
- Can't wait to see Rachel reunited with Daddy Duncan.
- Paul's face I swear was just BLANK when Mrs. S mentioned Afghanistan. Had it been Tatiana Maslany in that role, we'd see devastation without even speaking a line.
Question/theory time: When Scott said Cosima's stem cell match came from a family member, what came to mind was, of course, Kira. But then we can't discount the possibility that Leekie knows an actual relative of the original and tapped that person's genes to treat Cosima. OR, god forbid, Cal has actual ties with Dyad and gave a sample of Kira's genes? Is that even possible? Maybe it happened earlier without Cal's involvement?
