:O That's a massive SSD!
Uh... Check your SATA connection?
Unscrewing it and remounting it? I guess but it's reading and recognizing the drive.

Yeah finder doesn't have transparency and when i disable it it makes no difference in finder. I've also switch to graphite.

I tried it earlier and it said it was fine, I'm doing it again and it says that disk utility can't repair this disk. -__-
I'm installing Yosemite and it's been saying "One minute left" for 10+ minutes and nothing happens.
Well, fuck you Apple for lying to your customers

So... why does Dashboard still exist? I shouldn't have to disable it to free up resources at this point.
Does Safari have Youtube Center and NeoGAF User Highlighter?Safari is pretty amazing.
Think I might switch from Chrome, finally. It feels sluggish compared to this.
My MacBook Air has been stuck for about 30 minutes. I'm getting worried.

It has YouTube Centre. Not sure about the latter since I don't use it.My MacBook Air has been stuck for about 30 minutes. I'm getting worried.

Who uses istat menus? worth while to upgrade to 5.0?
Does Safari have Youtube Center and NeoGAF User Highlighter?
No NeoGAF User Highlighter that I'm aware of.
After almost 5 years, THE KING STILL WORKS!
There is a NeoGAF Safari extension.
Dunno about upgrade, besides support for Dark Mode and something that looks a bit more appropriate with the new aesthetic... but iStat is awesome. Use it to keep an eye on my fan speeds and temps, mostly, but it's also useful for seeing when I should purge my memory or if I'm actually using all my threads for intensive tasks.
I've read on Reddit that you could see the files being moved by the installer if you pressed CTRL + L so I did that. The cursor channged into a spinning circle for 10 minutes then a console appeared.
Apparently my Mac is moving a lot of TeX Live files.
The link provided in that thread no longer exists, maybe someone can reupload it?
Installed Yosemite. It looks nice, but my 2009 iMac is crawling, and I found out I can't even use that new 'Handoff' feature because my iMac is to old.
Looks like I gotta update soon, and it'll be to a standard 27" iMac

The continuity features require bluetooth? Thought it would work just through being on the same wifi network.
Is anybody having issues with AirDrop? I can send files from my mac to my iPhone but not the other way around.
hmm, you have a sata hdd? I got a mbp 2009ish so kinda wondering how well it runs on the old stuff compared to mavericks since that makes my computer crawl during certain tasks
eaux, no me gusta.phone call txt just need wifi, everything else needs bluetooth for proximity
You gotta have the Airdrop folder open on your Mac otherwise the phone wont find your computer. Also make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both.

I have the folder open and my phone shows up in the folder if I drop a file in the folder it will send it to my phone. When I click on a photo on my phone and click the share button I don't see the option to send it using airdrop.
Seems you need a 2012 mac or later for this new airdrop to work... oh well, another reason to update.
