Other than Metacritic, will studios ever start being terrified of Digital Foundry?

So terrified much afraid

I just wished developers understood that 4k is NOT necessarily needed.
1440p looks fanfuckingtastic already.
If the game can run at 4k with no performance issues or cutbacks, then that's perfectly fine.
Even though I have a pc that can run all games in 4k, many games like Expedition 33, I run at 1440p without any upscalers.
I don't have any problems with FSR or dlss if it looks good.

Digital Foundry does not even have consistency within themselves in how they approach, criticize and discuss these problems.

Maybe that could happen if they start having a more strict and consistent editorial policy.

I personally enjoy their content but nobody is going to be "terrified" of them, lol.

It's interesting analysis for the people interested, but the vast majority of gamers don't care about these things. It's not that important.

Nobody gets as excited as them about a creatively bankrupt AAA game that is all graphical polish and no trousers. They should be the opposite of scared of them.
