Yeah, but that other team was pretty terrible, especially when I was beating the Tracer with mechless Dva haha.
It's nice that I don't get many salty messages in this game. I think I've only gotten one before and that was when it was a Roadhog I was destroying as Tracer -_-
But overall, pretty much every message I get from randoms is some compliment and it always ends with the two of us exchanging GGs.
This is literally something I have never thought in the 200+ hours I've put into this since launch.

Pharah and the snipers will take good care of him. If you're Ana, you can just sleep dart him, which is insanely easy on Bastion for obvious reasons, and that at least gives your team a chance to take him out. Genji also works if he shoots into your deflect. If you can hook him with Roadhog, it's pretty much an easy kill.
Although don't rush the hook if you go Roadhog. Take your time, it's an easy hook. I've had times where I rush a hook on a Bastion sitting on the payload and I miss by a mile. That's pretty much Roadhog in a nutshell. Unless they're about to kill you and it's a last ditch effort, don't rush your hooks and time it as best as you can, it makes the world of a difference.
Once you start getting pretty good at hooking though, you can rush them a lot more to try and get those quick kills because at that point, you've gotten good enough at hooking that rushing it usually doesn't go bad too often.
The only time it bothered me was at launch when Lucio and Widow's seemed to use old models for their default skin portraits. They were updated pretty quickly.
wheres the bastion sitting at? usually a pharah on the high ground (not airborne) can peek snipe it.
try not to go in alone but wait for your team to distract them. else if the bastion know you're sniping up top it can prepare to shoot you.
if bastion sitting at the left side; their spawn exit, you can try run a guy from the left passage to try get him.

I would kill for higher resolution textures on... well everything. Heroes mostly are okay, but even they and pretty all environment have some low quality stuff slapped on them.

Yea, what's different?
The actual written change was actually so people would reset to where the hook was(so if they were behind a wall, they would actually shoot out into his sight then pull forward).
It actually read as a buff to make his hook look less weird but had some weird side effects that overall acted as a nerf.

Honestly D.VA, Symmetra, Widow and Tracer all have really weird looking portraits to me. Something about them looks really off, especially DVA and Symmetra

Speaking of being the only healer, had a funny one last night on hanamura. The game went the whole 4 rounds, with us managing to hold the point b in our seconds attempt. We were running zencio with me on zenyetta, but in our final attack attempt the lucio suddenly took pharah, which made the guy who was previously pharah superbly pissed (he was doing pretty well tbf) and he picked bastion.
I've pretty much given up at this point, and went lucio as our only healer, speedboosted us in, and we won the game with the bastion getting potg.

Played a match where four of my teammates get Zarya/McCreed'd, I fly in and res them, we get a team kill, then our Reaper gets a quad kill with a minute left. That was a good match.
I would have switched but we were defending (at least a couple of us were...) and I was the only defense character.
'Thanks' spam in general really gets on my nerves, but this was qp. I don't like it, but I can understand it in comp. But qp?

sneaky bastion switch and catch enemy at surprise, especially near end of match. people will usually stick with their heros since its about to end and plus they think theyre close to ult, thus sometime they are not prepare to counter bastion.

The guy did pick bastion explicitly as a way to tank the match because of how pissed he was.
Same match also had a reinhardt who would just charge in at point b. Luckily it was on the enemy team, which means he was always discorded and disposed off immediately.

I had an attack Sym on Hanamura and we just rolled them. Granted, we were kinda lucky they didn't have a Zarya or Mei but Sym's orbs do fuck up Rein and people hiding behind the shield real good.
Not saying it's a good go to play but I am a little more hesitant to call for an immediate change.

Good Zarya will just walk right into already incoming fire and pop barrier, or just pop it on a teammate that's in the fray. Kind of hard to prevent a good Zarya from getting full energy.
Some people do suck at helping to prevent it though. The biggest contributor are Rein's Firestrike and Symmetra's orbs.
Diamond people still do this too. I'll literally see a reaper delay, then shoot me anyway, lol.

Zarya moves so slowly it can be hard to get to cover unless you're actively aware of when D.Va might ult to stay near an LOS break, which I try to do, but its gotten me once or twice.But yah, at least in plat, it's pretty easy to stay at or near full energy with Zarya as long as your team is half decent. I wish more people would play aware of how barrier works, though. I guess its' the kind of thing you could plan better with a full coordinated 6-stack.

I agree. It feels satisfying when you fight a former teammate (that was spewing vile sludge in the previous match) and put him/her in their place. Especially when they talk big about how amazing they are, etc.

Exactly what happened. Defense on Volskaya and, quite frankly, the entire team was uncoordinated and doing terribly. First round we had people overextending and getting picked, even though we had a nice Rein shield to shoot from behind. So, of course, after 2 people got picked at once (this clown included), they tumbled in and wiped us/took the point. Then they rushed B and our DPS (which this clown was, playing S76) couldn't handle the rush and we got reamed.
Then we go attack. Uncoordinated, on multiple occasions I kill half the enemy team with no follow-up from our DPS who get destroyed and we reset. End of the game this dude comes on comms (after refusing to communicate for the rest of the match as I called out "hey guys let's try to regroup", etc), and says "You guys deserve to lose, you suck." . To which I replied "I mean yah, as a team we played terribly, but you were a part of that" , and he insisted that nah, he was the star player with 3 golds and doing all the work. Lol.
Gladly ripped him a new bumhole in the following game when we got placed on opposing teams on Gibraltar. Felt so good to wipe him a ton of times while we both played Zarya/Hog, and take the game by a landslide.

lately it's been hanging out at the back left by their spawn, i switched to pharah late and died to it the only time i tried to kill it because i hovered instead of peaking.
yea, hovering is a easy target but then it still hard to do a peek atk too. thats why you need diversion too. atleast a rein or dva to shielding/dm for a bit to distract it or something
any1 getting disconnected alot on psn within the hour? i got diconnect during 1 match and 1 right after a koth win.

Tonights off to a great start. 2 losses straight because we get grouped with the same premade that doesnt understand the concept of grouping up and not trickling

kinda amusing that the portraits sometimes don't even load. not sure what's going on there. i notice some Ranked tier emblems never load for some people either.
