Path of Exile 2 Early Access |OT| An Exile like ARPG.

Does Blackflame Covenant scale with both fire and chaos nodes on the tree? Can I take both to increase damage of the converted fire skills?

I'm playing a essence Drain/contagion/despair witch, but I want to test around with the fire skills if both nodes will push my dmg.

No, conversion doesn't double dip like that. You would need to scale chaos damage. But if you're scaling the spell levels, then fire skills would still apply.

But fire skill level on gear is interesting. Will have to check what would be possible with that. Thanks again

The easiest way to scale spell levels on gear is with your focus and wand. You want +to fire skills or +to all spell skills.

Yeah, that's what I'm doing with chaos right now, but being able to find gear that has either of them opens up more possibilities to find good stuff.
But I don't know how well the fire skills would scale, that would be up to experimentation.
 
so i did a couple high level maps, and man i got wasted. You only get one chance too.
I have an amazon. so.. if i dont have a super spamable build i cant survive?
I looked up some builds, and i have to pick up a bow to live.
I want to feel like zeus..... v:<

Lightning spear is still strong, it's just not ridiculously broken as last season. Make sure you're generating frenzy charges since that increases the amount of bolts that lightning spear sends out. Also make good use of Stalking Panther - get high evasion gloves, helm, and boots with deflection chance, and then get a super high energy shield body armor.

I went crit to build frenzy. but its turning to be expansive to upgrade. them crit suffixes is like 3 or 4 ex xtra. Stalking panther is nice, didnt know about that one. I made sure i picked up Falcon Dive though.
I even tried doing the double equip thing. so when i do lightning spear. It equips my forqued tongue and multiply my crit. Even got pets for auras( speed, damage, lightning.. tested a bunch) i like that sytem.

You can also generate frenzy charges by using combat frenzy and freezing/electrocuting/pinning enemies.

had the kirito gloves earlier... . Definity help with the charge generation. But man I had to drop them for more stats.

This might be a silly question. I did check the poe2 wiki, before y'all toast me.

Is there a trial (sekemah or chaos) coins that take you to the point you lost? Do you always have to start in the beginning?
Why some coins are 7 and others are 10 and some are 4?

You only get one chance at it. Once you die or lose all your honor, you have to start again from the beginning.

The amount of floors or trials you have access to depends on the level of the coin. Higher levels means that you can access more floors.

I got 2 points. now im trying to get the rest.
It did made it easier once i started making use of relics. but the whole thing is still frustrating since its not my life pool but the damn honor run out and im dead.
I tough those lil fire balls on the floor was honor.. but its life water that you can use to by honor >:<

Get relics that boost your honor resistance, max honor, and defenses. Honor resistance makes that game mode pretty easy. They should be pretty cheap on trade, or I can put some in the guild stash.

Yeah there's 3 bosses.

If you try it and get frustrated, let me know and I can put in a 4 trial key and give you a carry to get all your ascendancy points.

It's actually pretty fast on your end. This is how it works: I do the entire thing up to the final boss, then you join party and wait in the entrance area while I kill it.

Oh shit! What? Alright.. I usually squeeze and Hour or so before work . I'ma hit you up over the weekend ( US Georgia).
 
It's been too long since I played. I just realized I killed the boss with my clearing skills rather than my single target DPS skill lmfao.
 
man. i was in there room. i kept seing collect this. im like i dont want to mess this up i waited till it said trial done.

i reallized couple days ago i needed single target dmg and a clearing skill . its not a good time in the later maps if u use one type of skill for every thing.

Yeah I could have killed the boss in 10 seconds but it took more like 2 minutes haha.

Now that you're back on Amazon you can actually make your character pretty tanky with the Stalking Panther ascendancy nodes. Get the highest evasion gloves, helm, and boots that you can, along with deflection. Then, get the highest energy shield body armor you can find.
 
FYI if you haven't played for a bit and want some currency to maybe try a new build, ritual tablets are selling for a lot because the new drop rates are oddly low.

 
Need to get back on this, was having a great time then BF6 turns up and its ARC Raiders soon as well.

Between these 3 I won't have time for anything else for along time. The real gamepass :messenger_sunglasses: .

was there as transmog system in the old game? Is it going to get ported over ? From my understanding al lot of systems are being ported to POE2
