- I spent 10,000 yen on gatcha pods
- I stood around for 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do with my afternoon/evening.
- I got my fortune told to help me be more kind, but ending up not doing anything with it that day.
- I lost a bunch of money on lotto tickets.
- I looked in the fridge again, and while there was food in there, I couldn't make a meal with what I had.
- I thought about washing dirty laundry but decided to have my maid do it for me because I an interesting night life where I head to the jamba juice and then the diner to hang out with my cat.

Alright, sorry, I shouldn't have said that. But I still don't agree with Ryuji not getting a mention since he was still a big victim.
And about social links in the game, Confession/Secret is one of the best tracks in it.

Hell yes.
This game hit the perfect middle ground in terms of tone. It's lighter than 3's crushing obsession with death and loneliness, but heavier than 4's Scooby Doo mystery solving team.

Yeah, this was a pretty disheartening moment for me. And for pretty much everyone who will experience it, too.
Bad decision; I don't know why they did this. Maybe there's a thematic reason conveying her growth and all that, but I wouldn't really care even if that was the case.

It doesn't help that Ann's S. Link starts so early compared to the others. I already had her at Level 7 before the next one even started and now I feel like I need to put on the breaks a little.
I kind of feel like a lot of the confidants level up too quickly. Game keeps opening up new hangout locations that I can't use because just about every time someone is leveling up.
Man! My girlfriend is a huge fan of the DDS games and I described the mini-boss music to her as "something you'd hear in DDS1" haha. Meguro is one of the most versatile and greatest composers out there, I hope he participates in the new SMT game that's in the works too.
I'd like to see them tackle the working adult life one day. Would be a nice change of pace from school schenanigans.

I need this but with modern Persona conventions. P5's supporting cast is perfect for it

So i'm at the end of June, I gotta ask, are there after school activities you can join later in the game? i.e sports, band, etc...
There's Persona 2: Eternal Punishment. Given the game's sales performance, I don't know if Atlus would be willing to try something like that ever again.
I'm actually doing the opposite of that this time around. I already turned down Ann. Now I just need to decide if I want to go canon or get hot with teacher.
Her and Ohya can go on journalism adventures.

P5's protagonist is becoming one hell of a notorious stickman.
Same, Persona 2 EP has my favorite cast in any RPG and big reason for that is that they're all very well written adults.
Sadly the focus on socializing and romance will never allow us to get that again, I think... Unless they change up the formula again, which I don't see them doing anytime soon.

How are the university years in Japan anyway? I don't see how you couldn't keep most of the systems with a cast that's 18-23 years old. But things may be different over there

I love that you do that 50 times throughout the game, and can top the exams (every time in NG+) and people are still shocked that you got a question right.
I was thinking earlier that this game's confidants would make good parallels to the Eternal Punishment cast.
You have the older Sister of one of your party members, and she is a detective, playing as her would show things from her perspective and make her more sympathetic, just like Katsuya.
Iwai parallels Baofu as they both have
ties to the mafia
Ichiko doesn't really have much in common with Maya, but they are both journalists.
and all 3 games (Both P2s and P5) have a Joker.
It writes itself!
We will never get adults as party member in a Persona game again.

But hey, this more realistic than past games. Those MCs had(P3/4 Slink spoilers)
robots, Supernatural velvet room thrall chicks, and nationally famous pop stars
P6, Early-to late 20's female protagonist LET'S DO IT. We might be ready in 2026 for it, which is probably the next time we'll see a mainline Persona game anyway.

Damn, wish i could find a girlfriend with these kind of tastes (but we can't be too picky, haha)
anyway, can't wait to hear the next dungeons music and the final boss (currently on the 5th dungeon), hope it's as memorable as P3 final boss or DDS1 Part 1 final boss!
do the Picaro Sets do anything interesting or do they just give you access to the weak personas from persona 3/4

No, there is no canon choice. If you want to really talk about "canon" routes, based on the projects which followed Persona 3 and Persona 4, it would be a platonic relationship with everyone.
It's something that happens once you get to level 10 with her, whether you romance her or not.

part of the length of persona 5's development was them getting used to HD game design and thus why they made catherine.
I wouldn't be that surprised if persona 6 came out in 2020 or so as the ps5 is on the way.
I was going in with the intention of being faithful this time and all was going well with Takemi standing out above Ann but then I met Makoto. And then I met Kawakami. I think I'll like Futaba too. Sigh.
