Hm, well why would there be a separate teaser website for P4A2 when it already has two other websites (Atlus' and ASW's)? If it's because the announcement is so big that it required its own teaser website to contain it, then what could that possibly be? A character reveal wouldn't even suffice, one would think.
And why wouldn't they have done something like this for the first game, which has more of a "surprise factor" than this game?

I agree completely, P4U2 is no secret, so there would be no need for this, or for them to not include the ARC systems logo.
It may not be Persona 5, but I definitely don;t think it's P4U2.
You know, I was just starting to believe it might actually be P5, and then Atlus brings me kicking and screaming back to into reality.
If this turns out to be fucking nothing again, I think I'm done until an actual confirmation comes out.

Had some nice convos in iirc, and wanted to broach the subject here and get some other thoughts on it. Massive P4 spoils ahoy about our new lovable bear mascot overlord!

What exactly IS the future of Teddie? Thinking about it, a part of almost all of the others social links meetings(including the 11th one) is them talking about the future and plans. Teddie....kind of doesn't though iirc. What are his limits? Is he immortal? Can he age? They kind of open a can of worms with a character like this, that has similar problems to Aigis for example. Unlike Aigis who will probably always have someone to take care of what she needs however, does Teddie? Suppose he can't age. Cool, he's covered for the lifespan of the 4's cast. Then what? If he can't age, can he even stay in one spot for too long?
I guess the question is how "human" is Teddie now?

On a completely unrelated note, Imagine P5's combat going action based.... I say this because of this thread that popped up, even though there's basically a 0% chance of it happening (unless they, for whatever reason, feel like revisiting Raidou Kuzunoha in the persona series). I would be very sad if this happened.

I don't see it becoming an action RPG, But they have to update the game from PS2-era mechanics big time.
In all honesty, I find the turn based battle system the least appealing aspect of the series, It's all about the story and characters.

Battle systems* rarely are meant to enrapture players. Persona should hopefully know their strengths as a franchise over the mainline, which has way more interesting mechanics. Still though, I'd agree. I hope they do some gameplay changes, persona has had a lot of changes over time and One More! Is a bit stale after using it so much.

I'm not ashamed to say that I was working on a Persona tabletop RPG earlier this year. Almost completed the dungeon-crawling and combat rules, too.
Also, this was not what I was expecting to see on p-ch.jp. I know it's not definitive yet, but the whole match-3 thing with Teddie's faces, coupled with the cities, has me thinking pachinko...

That's just a bug, it was probably done in a hurry as you can see bits and pieces of copy/paste in the source code.
If you click on a trembling element before it stops it will never stop until you click on it again.
