Run the trainer first, then run PES5.
On the match options screen (the screen you change difficulty level) press F1
Press R1 then L1 to see the unlocked options

Options that are still locked are locked because they crash the game if unlocked.

eh, yeah im dumb. i just read "extender, not demo extender. thanks. i figured it was the same thing anyways. not sure why i asked.
