I've tried lamb at least 5 different times and it just wasn't my thing. I think the one time I didn't mind it was at a Brazilian Steakhouse where it was seasoned with some good shit.Mary's little lamb

Tonight, I'm making some of my family famous kielbasa pasta. So we're eating pig, turkey and cows tonight.
You cut and cook the kielbasa in a pan (I like my kielbasa to be a little darker, but the kids don't), boil you pasta in a pot. Once both are ready, drain the water, add the meat to the pasta, add some Zesty Italian Salad dressing. Mix it all together. Let it cool for a little bit. It doesn't need to be eaten hot. I like it warm. Then add some cubed pepper jack cheese and you're good to go.
I'm also steaming some broccoli, and going to drench it in butter and bacon pieces that had left over from a previous cook. If I'm ever cooking on my Blackstone, I tend to make a few things at once. That way I don't need to be over that thing every day.
