I hope so, I've never seen him say anything sexist or racist or homophobic and I've watched a lot of his videos, but I don't think he's taken a strong stance against it either. He seems like a cool guy, but you never know, I wouldn't have thought JonTron was racist either until it happened.

Main reason I never liked Pewds aside from his overacted hyper activity. His older videos had so much racism which he toned down as he grew popular. Think I remember his Siren Blood Curse play through being pretty bad.

One month is a little too recent to hope they've suddenly gotten better. Maybe it's an arbitrary limit, but I think 9 months is far enough out to wait and 1 month is short enough to say they're still being shit.
I've seen/experienced too many instances where someone hunts down the bad thing and doesn't hunt down the apology and the lack of doing it in recent times. It's not a defense, it's asking people to not go on the offense for something they did a significant length of time in the past. To me, 9 months is a decent amount. A lot regularly changes within 9 months. 1 month? Not so much.
Hell, 1 month isn't even long enough to show that you aren't going to do it again. How long ago did PDP apologize before doing something stupid again? 9 months, on the other hand, is plenty long enough to show you learned a lesson.
For what it's worth: Fuck PDP and this racist shit and anyone who continues to encourage this sort of behavior.

I learned a lot of spoken English back when I was like 12 thanks to Let's Plays! They can be good a good learning tool, surprisingly (the ones that aren't made by gross racists, that is), especially when it comes to learning to understand different accents. I definitely recommend them for that purpose.
