Honestly, it only shows a little in the text that appears in the HUD. It did not bother me the slightest.
The only thing I dislike that far is that once again Bizarre did not manage to nail the cars lighting. Everything else is awesome so far.

This game pushes the genre in the same way PGR2 does, except now it's doing it with two features: in-car view that actually gives you a correct sense of perspective and good situational awareness (unlike, say, Rallisport 2), and Gotham TV which lets up to 30,000 spectators watch a single race at once.

Visually, PGR3 is set up to look absolutely gorgeous when in 720p or 1080i. It's still pretty in 480p, but it looks more like an Xbox game to be honest.

Uh, which Xbox game are you talking about? Nothing last generation even approaches what PGR3 is doing, both in terms of special effects (the lighting effects, jesus) or car modeling or environments. Even in 480p, PGR3 wipes the floor with anything else on 360 at launch.

Microsoft and Bizarre Creations have fashioned a beautiful, fast-moving racer in a style Xbox gamers are all too familiar with. The game is gorgeous, deep in modes and challenges, and well balanced, even if it's nothing more than a minor leap in gameplay over its predecessor. On the one hand that doesn't bother me a bit. The game wasn't broken before, and now it's more accessible. It's even fatter with modes and online gameplay and challenges, credits, medals, kudos, and trophies than before. On the other hand, there is nothing drastically or even moderately next generation about the racing itself. It handles almost identically to PGR2, the AI balance is similar and the courses and kudos tricks are all in-line with the previous games. There are slight differences, but not many nor enough. Still, as a launch title for Xbox 360? Hell, this is without hesitation on my top five list. It's a no-brainer, must-have launch title.

Looks good. Kind of an expansion game more than redefining the gameplay. Tells me more than the 1up review that said the gameplay had good handling and then didn't mention anything else.

I never said Kameo was bomba, your attempt at sarcasm failed.

I did say however don't lump this game with Kameo, in a sense that while the Kameo review thread has been "my god it sucks"--there is no need to apply that notion to PGR3. Which as been getting better scores by a noticable degree.
