You may find her annoying but this is the first video I've seen of someone actually playing it and not B-roll from the devs. She has some technical difficulties so fast forward to 12:30 if you want to skip that since she restarts it there.

I hate the influencer culture

In the 90s and 2000s we used to get demos so we could try the game ourselves, I dont want to watch some random person playing a game

I won't watch it all, but what I saw I liked. Cool that on the highest difficulty (at least according to her) it's not just about bigger health bars and more damage like in 95% of games, but enemy AI actually changes too. Only thing I don't like is that this difficulty unlocks only after you beat the game. Would love to see a PC demo like this.

It sounds like a Dante Must Die type of difficulty mode, which is cool. Actually, the game has only one standard difficulty and a dumb one for journos. The hardest is for completionists.

Gotta say, the running animations are kinda dogshit, very floaty/janky. The combat looks like a mix of Nioh 2/Sekiro which seems nice. Other than that, it seems like nobody is taking inspiration from the good parts of From Software games, which is the fucking level design/style. It's just wooden planks and forests and empty fields, same shit that has plagued all prev souls-likes like WUkong, Wuchang, and whatever the fuck. It's 2025 and we still can't have amazing looking sceneries, fantasy-like, sci-life, anything-like other than green and brown generic real-like looking locations. I wanna see some fucking floating trees and and raining cum out from the air, anything other than dust.

U can pack dogshit in a cardboard box and ask an influencer to say something good about them and they will .
I'm not saying the game looks bad or anything just release a demo and let people decide if it's good or not.

Just release a demo, this is deflating hype

Yep, and it's because it gives an idea of how it plays with a normal person who doesn't know the game inside and out. More realistic expectations instead of perfect game play with 99% parries or blocks.
