Don't know the specific match, but it's a Rugby Union pre-game ritual for a match between New Zealand and... Tonga? A lot of the Pacific Island nations have pre-match psyche-out rituals. I know the kiwi one is called a 'haka' but I've heard haka used to loosely describe the rituals for other countries, too. There are different types, but they stem from old warrior dances.
