I'm not a fan, Stan, of how you voted with Blargonaut for an early plurality on Palmer_v1 during Day 1, and your acohrs vote on Day 2 doesn't reflect well either. You've been somewhat below-radar, and I've more been scumlisting you to ensure that I don't forget you exist. You're more towards the lower part of my list, but you are on it.
Also, for LaunchpadMcQ: I am The Dude Who Puts Chicken on their Pizza.
20. [m] StanleyPalmtree - no vote
So, the problem here is that Stanley stands out to me in a good way. If he were scum, he would be trying his damndest to save Blarg. He didn't. Either he saw the writing on the wall as scum, or didn't have that kind of stake in it.
put me down for a spiritual vote on Blarg or whatever, hes 1 away from majority and i dont wanna hammer. looking pretty sure hes gon be lynch so yeahs.
If I were scum and I knew Blarg was scum, there's no way I would've gone to bat for him the way I did yesterday. That's just plain stupid. Hell, he was one vote away from lynch early in the day, if I were scum I would've hammered the shit out of that and took away practically a full day of town discussing stuff.
I can't believe I even have to tell you guys this.
Lots of people were on acohrs. They couldn't all be scummy.
well, fair enough on most of that, though i dont quite get why the achors vote makes me look bad?
While true, I think it's pretty clear that acohrs being the wagon of choice pit against Swamped means that there was scum on that wagon looking to save their teammate, particularly when you consider the way the margins fell during the last hour; I believe that scum was expecting to lynch an innocent townie and lead us to Day 3 still without a scumflip, and they would've been caught off-guard.
I wouldn't say it's damning, per se, but it was nonetheless a vote not cast for a scum wagon, and we do need to hold people accountable for their votes.
sure, though keep in mind, acorn could totally still be scum.
So, the scumteam conspired to save a crucial member by... bussing another member?

I agree with Blarg's assessment of Palmer so this will work for me.

Alright, 30 isn't happening and we risk ties at this point with 3 candidates.

Rather predictable, after your wording before.
Sigh.
VOTE: Swamped
fucking what. I just can't. You have such a specific named role, and it's just vanilla? I can't.
Vote: Acohrs
k.
For you and Darryl and cause my gut has told me no to acohrs all day.
Vote: Swamped
Not that I don't accept responsibility here if we're wrong.
hey Palmer, im curious, in the last day phase your activity seemed to take a nosedive, any particular reason for that?
So again, I hate to come back to this because I'm making an assumption, but if BB was scum, it means TWO scum (and maybe three!), claimed vanilla so far. Why would they deliberately sabotage each other's claims in that situation? Do we believe that scum is that disorganized, or that brazen?
Keep in mind that the huienwe were sensing acohrs, Blarg was gunning for Palmer. I remember because I almost fell for it.

Well, you claimed vanilla first, followed by Dragonz when she was the target of a lot of votes. It wasn't long afterwards, but BB did have the luxury of building credibility by piggybacking off of those earlier claims. In the end, Dragonz was the one who took more of the focus of town as a result, in part due to Swamped's actions. So again, I hate to come back to this because I'm making an assumption, but if BB was scum, it means TWO scum (and maybe three!), claimed vanilla so far. Sure, I could see brazen. People are buying three vanilla claims - why not a fourth?
True, but
Not much to go on there without traction.
The part I'm looking at is where I'm trying to get people to go one way or another, and the way chosen is acohrs.
Covfefe?
To you, you mean? You were in a real hurry to get the lynch going and shorten our day phase.Yeah, I'm sure that sounds like a better idea in hindsight.
This is pretty messy. I've been procrastinating looking over this stuff because I'm scared of what I'll find. Verelios dying without a flip halted our trajectory a lot. Whether it was scum intentionally fucking with us or an altruistic neutral is really hard to tell. Dr. Worm also mentioned the switcheroo, which is possible too.

It's really unfortunate that the bottom 6 players on that list haven't made much of an attempt to impact the game
This leaves me with
TOWN

06. [f] hey_monkey - EST
05. [m] SkyOdin - PDT
08. [m] Dr. Worm - EST
the four most likely to be town. i really wish this list was bigger by now. lifeline is confirmed. dr. worm has been highly active voice of reason, if he's not town he's playing an ace game. and hey_monkey, who has to have a 95% chance of being town because of the cop/miller fiasco. sky_odin i'm the least comfortable with, but crunching the numbers tells me we're unlikely to have both a miller and a godfather with just the one cop. so, his green check gets him a solid pass to me

launchpad started really disappointing me past the swamped observation. not only did launchpad bail on his swamped observation at a key moment in the swamped train, but his posts have felt very lifeless. his train of thinking is following "forced townie" positions, delivering us classic lines like "DO NOT COUNTER CLAIM COP". launchpad as scum absolutely follows ABB, Always Be Bussing, so his brief fixation on swamped is reasonable and actually a likely play for scum launch
palmer i haven't felt anything for, either. i can't figure out why palmer isn't trying harder.
then 6 people who've fluctuated periods of extreme idleness, non-opinion and crowd-following
Could still be the case. I'd still be down for a SkyOdin lynch.
Nice catch. I'd be down for BlackBuzzard's lynch.
Let's hammer Blarg into oblivion: Hawaii. Where all the best pizzas are from.
As for people bussing in this game, one reason I see this happening is a person can't commit to the game so they're trying to use that to their advantage to get their teammates some townie points.
Seriously, darryl, what else can i do?
I posted my theory on 30/ttk, and sawneeks/verelios, and have pursued that the entire game while everyone has mostly ignored it. I've poured through the votes several times, I have yet to lynch an innocent, or even push for the lynching of one(afaik). I respond to everything that's going on, and not with wishy washy half-measures. Pretty sure I have one of the highest post counts, and I'm not one to post fluff garbage.
Like half the game hates me but I still nearly led a bandwagon onto 30 D2, with like an hour left to go, but you think I'm not trying? Just don't get it.
Actually though, I'm not sure I ever checked who was willing to jump onto that 30 bandwagon.
Right...that's why I seem to be the only one harping on Palmer_v1 and I was the first to suggest hey_monkey and SkyOdin are probably scum, but hey, I'm just following people. You are down for a lot of lynches aren't you don't worry thinking for yourself is overrated.

I just want to make sure...Oh you mean Skyodin the guy that claimed BP that will give scum 2 free kills if we do risk lynching him the fact you wanna continue lynching him is not weird at all.
I just want to make sure...
I just hope it doesn't come back to haunt town in the end. I guess it's more seemingly unlikely now that you cooked Blargonaut's goose on a scum gambit, so I'll just believe you're town. But Sky is seriously a low suspect right now. What reason beyond his claim does anyone have? Answer that and tell me why scum would claim that in that moment.
Palmer_v1.Absent claims, who do you vote today? If no one had claimed. Who's legit suspicious?
Now, the full acohrs vote is interesting:
It starts rolling with hey_monkey, followed by SkyOdin, followed by Natiko. So far, three votes - okay for a Day 2. Swamped follows, and now it's rolling. StanleyPalmtree also hops on here, and Blargonaut gets on and off three times throughout. Lifeline shows up here too, and it settles in until the last hour.
I think this is an example of scum hijacking a town wagon and riding it to the day end.

I honestly don't care who we lynch today if it'll get y'all more invested in this game.
Ok, Palmer, as a show of good faith I am The Guy Who Win the Pizza Eating Contest. No role info, just the name.
I'm not feeling it particularly but I've beaten that horse unto death. I'll go with it if that's the general tide. Question is: what do we do if he flips honestly vanilla?
Maybe we can talk about this and get some folks jazzed:
Launch, are you neutral? I'd guess the pizza contest dude would be a little ambivalent about toppings.
(do you guys like spoiler tags? cuz i aparently do)
let it be known that the answer to previous questions may have something to do with alchohol.
not like a ton of it, but probably still too much.
also yeah yous are all fun ppl or whatever.
am i being the tsundere right?oh wait this isnt anime mafia i bailed out of that game.
though in the interest of actual mafiaing, can i get a tldr on BB's hienous crimes?
