Piping the PSP's sound into my car stereo?

Any audio heads here? I have a question about headphone jack to car stereo hookups.

Basically my friend has a Mustang that is outfitted for shows. Massive sounds system, lights, bodykit, custom paint job, etc.

What he wants to do is to pipe the PSP's sound through his system. Best case would be to splice the headphone out into my FM modulator? I have one free channel on it.

Or is there an easier way?

Help?!

Yep. Splice the wire directly into the FM antenna/modulator port. If he has really expensive audio equipment, I'm surprised his headunit doesn't have a few IN/OUT ports.

He said he's out. The DVD players and PS3/xbox things killed him. Thanks for the info!

Ahh, yeah. Well he can do the FM splice. But I suggest he gets rid of one console and replaces it with the PSP. Maybe take a DVD player out and replace it with the PSP. The PS2 will run GT4, Xbox will run NFSU2 and PSP will run some MPEG4s on its screen with the sound blaring from the system.

Hey that makes total sense. Thanks!
