Most of the time? It's weird to say, but I've been lagged out of three solo games today but no duo or squad games. The frustrating game is that every time it's happened I was having a multi kill game. The last time was final 25 and I had three kills a few minutes ago. I might take a break until this shit is smoothed over.

For anyone that gives a shit, it will run on the new 2017 15" MBP with 560 GPU. It has to be on low EVERYTHING at 1080p and only maintains about 45-60fps at best. But it'll work in a pinch.

Spend half the round without a gun other than a pistol. After I find a SCAR, drive the car to the far side of the circle in the lumber round.
Spend the next 46% of the round trying to pick up a 4x scope that's on top of some shoulder-height lumber that's out of loot range because all I've found through like 25 houses is one a red dot.
Spend 4% of the round running from the next circle by stealing a UAZ parked outside of a house and driving to a well-covered location near the bottom of a hill.
Spend the last .001 percent of the round squinting at the top of the hill because I couldn't grab a 4x at shoulder level

I've got this game installed at home on my proper gaming machine where it runs quite well and I spend many hours playing. I also have it installed at work on my office potato where it runs horribly and I very rarely play during lunch breaks. I have 4 total chicken dinners, and every one of them has been on the office potato. I really don't understand.
First person is so much fun once you get used to the slightly different style of play. Got two chicken dinners today. One solo and one duo. Love that I can rush houses or just walk through fields and not be perfectly seen by people's third person camera while they never show themselves. Also the fights are so much more active because you can't see everything around you, you have to actually move to see.

It definitely is a better game all round with friends. Just had a match earlier today where two of us died and the other two surviving were just dicking around honking the horn of a car while driving around. Couldn't stop laughing, especially when one decided to get out of the car and walk alongside almost exactly like one of those typical romantic scenes.
Played a first person match for the first time today... Absolutely the superior experience. I got in a sniper fight with a few guys and that shit got real tense real fast. I wasn't always immediately getting shot at when I poked my head out to look, but then they could look and start shooting at any moment.

picked this up for free (thanks idle master) not my usual type of game at all but it's a lot of fun! i assume it ran much worse in the past? cos having read a lot of impressions i was expecting terrible performance but on a 3570k/1080 getting like 80-110 average on ultra + low shadows
I tend to play with my friends but when I can't I join random squads. I've now got a couple of guys in my friends list who I play with every so often who were in those random squad matches so it could be a good way to make some friends to play with.

I played my first squad game couple of nights ago and got my first chicken dinner thanks to them and it was a right laugh. But being new to pc gaming ( only bought my computer a few weeks ago and playerunknown is the only game ive played lol ) i wasnt sure how to add people after a game.

That's it. FPP is sort of more playable because you KNOW people won't necessarily see you when you take risks.
Which makes it more balanced... But your own reduced visibility makes it stressful

I suspect it's a logistical reason where they just haven't had any the time to set up the server nodes for it yet. I obviously am not privy to that info, it's just the only logical answer for me.
