I had a dream that the show was over and the Crash came out (in the old suit from the commercials) angry that they didn't show his trailer then demanded that it be shown. It was glorious.

I'm not so sure they want to go through firmware talk at this event. But sure, they might drop some small bits here and there.
And yeah I expect console exclusive indie games as well. Forgot about that.

If you mean Nate from Edge, combined with Brazil's tease, I think it's Fat Princess for PS4 by Fun Bits.
Fun Bits are making a PS4 game, this we know. They're made up of former Titan Studios devs, which made Fat Princess, and made Fat Princess' DLC.
Their website is currently undergoing maintenance until approx. two hours after the conference begins.
Also, someone mentioned a 3pm embargo I think for that press release Nate received. Matches up with when Fun Bits' website is scheduled to go back online.
