I could swear RDR2 was already part of Ps+ Extra and then left the subscription at some point.
If that's the highlight game of the month and it doesn't come with some surprise 60fps patch announcement that's lame as hell.

Yup, even the Psblog confirms it's just RDR2 coming back.
The rest of the games are very uninteresting too. This is easily the worst month for extra since the subscription launched.

RDR2 in 2024 still doesn't have a 60 FPS patch, and it's a fucking travesty.
They also didn't fix the PS4 Pro IQ problems from what I recall.

With is a shame because IDK if any of you guys notice, but when PS1 Medievil got into PS classics they like updated their PS1 emulator. Is better than the original one with the same layout.

My subscription fades away this month ... the quality has been declining after the initial "boom" and with Xbox out of the race there is just no reason for Sony to dump money into this. I think the service will get worse and worse until it dies or is transformed once more. Subscription model, for games at least, is not the future. Thank god.

I'm glad I cancelled this trash service What a rip off it's only good if you're a casual gamer and you buy one or two games a year but if you're buying many games in a year it's absolutely useless

My opinion is that Its a failed model that was a emergency response to the soon to be dead gamepass .. it stimulates players to not buy games and this hurts the industry as whole ... as it is they have two options, dramatically increase the price and have good newer games on it or just keep pumping out really old games and some indies at the current state.
I wouldnt expect any first party's anymore outside maybe 3 - 5 years later when a sequel is about to comeout or some failed product.
Reality changed a lot since Psplus Extra was created. I woundt expect in anyway improvements on this service without another price increase

Once again Im only interested in the classics.
I loved G-police back in the day! Definitely going to pick that one up, and I wonder if it will have trophy support. I think it should since it was developed by Psygnosis.
2xtreme was a first-party game as well I believe so it should have a platinum to get.

I can't blame players for not buying games. Charging 70$ for a single game should be a crime.
Also, the service didn't get any better after the price increase, so yes, Sony needs to improve it.
