I'm in England with BT as my isp. :(

Actually liking the VidZone so far. Some decent stuff on there already, and I'd hope that in future weeks this would be expanded somewhat.

Stuff seems to stream at a decent quality pretty quick too.

This is a re-release or something? I've never heard of this game, is it any good? Sounds fun, and I trust PopCap.

Had the same problem. Try again later, that's what I did. Works fine now. :)

I have the XBLA version, and I'm still going to double dip (which I don't normally do). It's my favorite XBLA/PSN game so far.

Same here. I never played the PSP RR even though I've heard good things about it - RR type 4 on the PS1 is probably the racing game I've put the most hours into

Also, Outrun Coast to Coast

The game is awesome. I probably put in more than 100 hours on the xbla version. Was even ranked #1 in a few different leaderboards at one time. I might pick it up again for PS3 version just to show support and then they might make a sequel!

Originally released for PC.
Also available on XBLA.

It's pretty nice.

Youtube's been pretty awful for me recently for finding music videos. Even without KB I'm getting to vids with a lot less hassle than I've experienced on youtube lately.

Toying around with Vidzone more I'm warming up to it more and more. Browsing the recommended lists I found tonnes of stuff to add to my playlists. This would be quite cool for parties and such.

That's weird. Was just listening to a Justin Timberlake song and it was very much uncensored. I see some songs have a pre and post-watershed version too.

Listening to sing for the moment, with grrrfggg or ffrrrrrrrrrffrr or stan with no-audio constantly, just kills the songs.
I can't understand this. I'm supposed to be adult and censorship in songs on Europe? o_O.
For everything else, Youtube.

Unfortunately I don't have a 360, but yeah, the framerate in the PS3 demo isn't great. It doesn't really get in the way of gameply though.

Cool beans, I'm getting this Heavy Weapons. Local multiplayer games are pretty much an instant buy for me. Hopefully it's $10.

one of vidzone devs talked about this on the eu ps blog. he says the target for vidzone is 16+ so they couldn't put songs with exlicit lyrics.

Plus...
* Searching is too laborious, bring up the standard PS3 keyboard or something.
* Searching for 'Jam' won't work, you have to stick 'The' in front, which is stupid. This is the same for all bands that are called 'The <name>'. This needs fixing.
* Takes too long to boot up. Could be server issues but everything else worked fine for me, just the long boot up (2nd time around too).
* Backing out of an Artists list of songs takes you back to the top of the Artist list. That means you have to scroll all the way down again if you want to continue browsing from where you were.
* Videos aren't full screen. Surely this is easy to fix?!

Ye, i think so at least. I played some online co-op earlier in Gunstar Heroes, and when i beat one of the bosses i got a trophy. The guy who i played together with had already died when i beat the boss though, so maybe he had left the game and maybe that is why i got a trophy if i was playing alone? But i dont know, sorry :\

HD Movies on the PSN store don't have 5.1 audio? I rented Black Rain and if I switch it to 5.1 audio, it's mute. What gives??

You're correct. The video itself (for newer movies) is really nicely encoded but the audio is standard stereo.
