In Yellow, the Fuschia City guy has Level 15 Gyarados in his garden.
It is Water/Flying.
Well, Gyarados is pretty slow for a Dragon (only faster than Dragonite of the OU Dragons), so it wouldn't enjoy taking Outrage/Draco Meteors.

I wish Arcanine had Moxie. Instead of Justified. 
Its funny Garchomp (Gameshark in Pokemon form) is Cynthias signature Pokemon, and not Lance (the gamesharker of the series).
Oh wait, Cynthia uses Gameshark too, dont all her Pokemon have perfect IV's?

Well to be fair the Jirachi movie is hardly the high water mark of the series.
Later moves would wouldn't have been as good if they had cut screen time to shove shorts in.

Judging by your avatar, you must be stoned out of your mind to say that! Gible is the best dragon, followed by Dratini. Haxorus is a much better Gen V dragon anyway. We only remember Hydregion because of Ghetsis.

No, we remember him because he's freaking awesome. A Hydra is something that Pokémon has never explored before, and his dual typing is super cool (Dark-types for life!).
The fact that he was used by the best villain in the series is merely a consolation for being so awesome.

Dialga was a really popular Pokemon during the 2010 season of the Pokemon Video Game Championships when they allowed two of the uber powerful 'mons per team.
I like a lot of regular ones more than the Full Arts, but the coolest ones are the dual card things:

I actually found this particular card in a box of my belongings the other day, so that's why it's on my mind.
