You can use however many incubators you have at once.

You get extra ones when you level up (they are only of limited use though), or you can buy them for coins.

The little rectangle at the bottom right of the screen shows nearby pokemon. If you tap on it it'll bring up a bigger list each with footprints undernieth. 0 super close, 1 close, 2 kinda far, 3 very far. At the moment it shows everything at three. If you tap one of the pokemon on the list it shows just that one at the bottom right along with its prints.

Do you have more than one incubator? A couple days ago I couldn't put an egg into my second incubator until I restarted the app. But you can click on the incubator icon at the bottom right of you egg list and choose which incubator to use (make sure not to pick an occupied one) and then choose the egg.

Yeah, you can technically widdle down its Prestige little by little. You get the benefit of 6 Pokémon and revives and every Pokémon you defeat decreases the gym's prestige.

Yes. If you kill one of them you get experience and you get to bring in 6 pokemon.

I was at a park today that had a 451cp Hypno. When I tried catching it, it kept freezing on me. I think the bugs and glitches are more of an issue than phone battery life. Game is stable for about 30 mins then shits the bed.

Servers are a little crappy now, but it's to be expected after releasing the game officially in 26 more countries. They're not as bad as they were after the US launch in my experience and those only got better in a few days, so I'll just wait out these server issues too.

=/ managed to log in fine from home, then went outside and it worked ok, no white pokéball, or when it did show up it didn't stay long, Pokémon popping up, tracking me fine and I think GREAT time to hit the pokéstops in town and get some pokeballs!

Only one stop even loaded and gave me items, the rest just stayed white and it wouldn't connect, couldn't even see gym contents and I just went home having only got 2 pokeballs and a potion.

It was *really* stupid to launch in tons of countries and effectively DDOS themselves over an entire weekend for existing countries. I get that they would want to bring new people onboard asap but pissing so many people off on the weekend that the hype was probably huge is really bloody stupid

No, you get coins anytime one of your pokemon is occupying a gym. You get more coins after 21 hours.

I understand this, but what I mean is I've never seen any Pokemon in the nearby list. It has always been empty. I've caught plenty of Pokemon.
