I'm really tempted to try a nuzlocke or a wonderlocke when I get my copy of AS...
Hmm...decisions decisions...

I'm still good to go for the gym league. I got all my ghosts bred, trained and ready to bring over from XY.
Well at least 1 person is interested >.<

Reshiram is also in Ruby, so don't be surprised if Zekrom is Sapphire only.Is the Ho-oh and Lugia stuff true? I might have to go with Alpha Sapphire if that is the case.Who am I kidding I'll probably get both.
Linoones are awesome. So, will I need an HM slave this time around? I'd love to keep a 6-mon team.
Linoones are awesome.
Damn pokemon becoming a yearly releasesorry man but these new revelations basicly guarantee yes the Emerald Frontier will return
but not until Z,XY2,or DP remakes
Linoones are awesome.
Hey now, I'm actually pretty bad at PvP too but I managed to lucksack my way through that one tourney. Anyone can have some lucky days.I made a whole Steel themed team, but then I remembered that I suck at PvP, so I gave up.

So, that trend in recent games of phasing out HM use doesn't apply to ORAS? Bummer.Linoones are awesome.
How would people react if "Delta Emerald" was an entirely competitive focused game?
Basically, no adventure portion. Instead, it basically works like a portable Pokemon Stadium, but featuring all the Battle Frontier features, some move tutors, etc.

A nice dose of mommy helps tho
(I'm seriously not that good though, my track record in NB tourneys is atrocious)

rip[7:07 PM] <tanzying> "bought OR at 10 am"
[7:07 PM] <tanzying> "received pokedex"
[7:07 PM] <tanzying> "transferred in 719 pokemon from bank"
[7:08 PM] <tanzying> "restarted the game to reset for IDs"
[7:08 PM] <tanzying> "realised that i forgot to return them to the bank"
...I really hope I don't accidentally do that with my living dex.
I would cry if that happens to me.
That's terrible
True, but with that team I had to make a lot of "YOLO" plays because I didn't have a steel or fairy so dealing with dragons was a bit tough.Don't sell yourself too short, you had some choices most people wouldn't expect or be ready for.
Pardon my ignorance, but what is "reseting for IDs?" Like, Trainer ID?

Trainer ID. Some people soft reset to have a desirable ID, but usually you don't got for a specific one for the sake of sanity.Same question here, that's the one part where I was "Huh? What?"
Yeah.Pardon my ignorance, but what is "reseting for IDs?" Like, Trainer ID?
I'm going to hold another NeoGAF Pokémon Tournament for ORAS. When would be good? I don't expect to get a ruleset until early December so I was thinking maybe January 1st as a "start date"? We'll follow a similar format to last time (Swiss + Cut) so everyone will have probably a good six rounds minimum they'll get to play in.
