I just realised that the Zinnia/Episode Delta thing explains why
Mirage Spot legends use their original GB/DS music; they have literally been pulled in from the other generations' dimensions. Kinda warms my heart to know that Gen 2 is now canon again.

Also it's kinda freaky when you consider that
all previous gens are just video games in the Gen VI dimension. It's hinted right from the start.

I'm going to hold another NeoGAF Pokémon Tournament for ORAS. When would be good? I don't expect to get a ruleset until early December so I was thinking maybe January 1st as a "start date"? We'll follow a similar format to last time (Swiss + Cut) so everyone will have probably a good six rounds minimum they'll get to play in.

Might as well. My love for gen 3 might encompass my issues with the performance which really bugged me in X/Y. (Unless it's improved, but I'm not hearing good thing.)

Yay, just noticed that Smash Bros for the Wii U got me 2 5$ coupons, seems like my wallet will cry a little less today.

Yeah, I understand that, but it was obvious, like MM3D for the 3DS. Some things though just died, like the extra doors on the Power Plant in X/Y, for an example.

Oh this will be fun. The last one was great, there were a lot of inventive teams set up. I am so in. We need to do this like yearly or whatever.

Not another Ho-oh, for christ's sake. This bird is chasing me, there's no other explanation. I have one from Colosseum, another from HeartGold, another from Fire Red (I think?), and one gifted from B2, from that Dream Radar thingy.

See I know there's suspicious stuff in X/Y but you know they're gonna revisit Kalos and it's probably going to be sequels again if B/W is anything to go by so I expect them to address most of that stuff that way.

Plus outright saying the Battle Frontier is under construction is about as obvious as the Hoenn stuff if you ask me. .-.

I'm also rather conflicted on the starter. Swampert is my favourite but I wanna use other Water types, and I really hate his mega. Blaziken I don't like as much but his mega just tickles my fancy with the heavy muay thai influence.

Sceptile it is.

I understand what you're saying, and I tried to be positive in the past, but I ended up hurting myself more. So now I just outright don't believe them, at all.

This might sound dumb, but bear with me: if you're not being Brendan, doesn't that mean that you'll have to endure him actually talking to you? Or you just don't like his looks / etc?

I agree with this, but I always want my pokemon's OT to always have my actual name on it. Would be weird playing as a female with a male name, and showing up as such to other players.

Shitty-ass Brendan it is, I guess.

I thought about doing something based on a TPP team or my first Hall of Fame on Ruby team, but maybe I'll do that on Alpha Sapphire.

If I buy both versions I usually go with male trainer and my own name on my main game and girl and random (ex GF, don't tell her) girl name on the secondary game.

Yeah, this is the part that's annoying me the most. I do the same and now I have no idea what to name my character :/

I usually always play with the male avatar to represent myself but brandon's design is much worse now than in the original.
