i have another ditto with 31 attack and 31 sp attack
and have another one with 31 HP and 31 sp defense

i just managed to get jolly Beldum with 31 speed and 31 defense
i have another ditto with 31 attack and 31 sp attack
and have another one with 31 HP and 31 sp defense

what i do here ?

Well, you want an Adamant Metagross, not Jolly. I'd take an Adamant Synchronizer (like Ralts) and catch Dittos until you get an Adamant Ditto with a 31s in two of HP, Attack, Defense, or Special Defense. Then breed that with your Beldum.

If your Beldum has the nature and ability you want, equip it with an everstone.

Equip your Ditto with 31 HP and 31 S.def with Destiny Knot and commence breeding. Keep breeding until you get an offspring that inherited all the IVs from the parents that you wanted it to. Remove the everstone from the parent and pass it on to the offspring. Take that child and breed it with another Ditto that has the perfect IVs that the offspring lacks. Rinse and repeat and you should have a 5-IV specimen in about an hour or two.

i have Adamant Beldum too
i could breed it with that ditto

and make another Beldum with HP,sp def or att/sp attack

the problem after i get the new Beldum can't breed with each other
