You totally should. I only saw one chibi Jirachi at PC today. :O Also saw chibi Drakrai, but they cheesed out on it I thought. Didn't see chibi Manaphy. Hell, I didn't see Manaphy there at all which was disappointing. Chibi Victini is so darn adorable!

Tutor move. HA and Ability don't matter. I would want Knock Off as well which is also tutored. I have nothing of value to offer you for your time unfortunately!

Okay, so that means I can catch a wild Timbur. As apparently RNGing eggs is problematic in Black 2.

If you want to try RNGing, I would suggest the guides on Smogon or Nugget Bridge (it's been a while since I used them, so I don't have the links on hand).

Also I found this video pretty useful. It's for Black 2/White 2, but it works similarly in earlier games (and often easier too).

Bear in mind that it doesn't teach you about getting the right Natures (this requires advancing the PIDRNG, which I don't think is mentioned).

This. Having Flame Body and Fly on the same Pokemon is the best thing.

You can't go wrong with Bidoof or Hawlucha.

Bidoof gives you Cut, Strength, and Rock Smash. Evolving it at lvl 15 gives you Surf and Waterfall, too. Hawlucha loses the water moves, but gains access to Fly. Pick your poison.

By the way, how can I find out precisely what the EV's of my 'mon are? Supertraining said my Charizard's Speed and Sp.A couldn't go any higher, but when I did a Sp.Def excercise to round out my final 4 points the game told me he got a +6, so now I'm confused.

You can get 510 EVs and up to 252 EVs in one stat.

So when you did that Sp. Def exercise you had 504 points used and 6 points left.

You need 4 points in a stat to make a difference so the last 2 don't change anything.

Yeah, those 2 extra points don't do anything.

Just put them wherever it's the most convenient when training. For example, if you need 28 EVs in something then you might choose to just use 3 vitamins to put you at 30.

I'm even less interested in their additional lottery thing with the points than I was last time. At least last time was a 3DS LL with Eevee on it. Though depending on how many points I get I might try for the Pikachu clock. (7-11 prize site for using the points you get after buying the ticket things in stores and getting your in-store goodies.)

Ahhh, it's easy. By the area they have the stuff displayed should be a little box that contains slip of paper. Should state price on it (since different lotteries can be different prices). This one is 500 yen per try. Take however many chances you want out of the box and take them to register for your go at the one you're interested in.

Some though like the Monster Hunter one recently was like over 700 yen per ticket. Was ridiculous. But I played a few times and got that damn A prize! LOL. Wanted that pillow so bad. It's the most badass looking pillow I own though now! Haha. Pokemon ones I've participated have all been 500. Though this one is less interesting than last one. Still want that B thing though.

I'm working on some Pokémon for online as well. Breed for good natures, breed for good IV's, build a team that complements each other's weaknesses. I'm mostly doing it for show rather than to actually be competitive, it's always nice to have 'perfect' 'Mon.

I just check them by glancing at their stats and soft reset if it looks bad.

Whatever special attack stat it gets is irrelevant and I don't believe there's a special Foul Play equivalent. Regardless, a near perfect shiny is really rare as is, congrats
