World Series of Poker just hit on PS2, but I'm not sure if it's coming to PSP at all. After the IGN review, I don't think I care (3.5/10).
World Championship Poker 2 will hit PS2, Xbox and PSP in November (not sure exactly when), and allows PSP vs. PS2 play. PC's in the mix there somewhere too, but I don't know when it releases (also, don't know if it'll play against PS2/PSP, though I don't see why not). Probably the best looking of the poker titles shown, especially from an animation side of things, and there's some nifty 'unique' things in it, like the visual tell system. Also, it covers something like 14 poker variants on PS2, and 18 or so on PSP. Just locked up a bunch of poker 'celebrities' to appear exclusively in the game. Was on display, playable, at E3.
Stacked is supposed to hit anytime now, but I don't think they've shown a single PS2 or PSP shot (everything so far has been PC, from what I've seen). Strictly Texas Hold'em. No other variants. Online is supposed to work between PSP and PS2. Has Daniel Nagreanu (sp?) as the feature player. Looks okay, but not sure if anyone has actually PLAYED it (wasn't at E3).
World Poker Tour - I know very little about this one.
Namco's Poker/Casino thing - Same here. It has casino games, obviously, as well.
Anyone want to fill in the blanks above? My recommendation would be to wait until November and probably pick up WCP2. They'll all be decent, and they'll all be budget, so don't expect miracles from any of them. However, it's also worth it to let them all launch and then buy the best one, since I don't think most of you really want to buy more than one poker game this year
