It's called marketing. "You've now conquered ghost peppers, aren't you tough. Have some more." and they probably use a tiny bit of ghost pepper so it's not false advertising.

I had these last night. I think they may have had more heat than their regular "spicy" chicken, and had better flavor, but they weren't actually hot, as expected. I liked them
