Rolled credits at just under 14 hours. I hunted down every collectable in the game but stopped short of doing all the training missions as I was getting bored of them around the twenty mark. There are times when the combat feels really good, but towards the end I was growing tired of the encounters. Outside of the shotgun, I didn't really love any of the arsenal. Bosses are kind of disappointing as they don't provide much of a challenge, but the game really isn't all that difficult anyway beyond small arena encounters with 3+ enemies. Some of the training missions do provide a challenge though, it's just tough for me to want to go into those without my upgraded gear. I liked Hugh even if he gave me some California surfer vibes from time to time and Diana was great. The story is on the predictable side and you probably don't want to think of the realities of the conclusion, but it's the journey and not the destination and the budding relationship between our protagonists is the highlight of the game.
I kind of hope this is a one and done thing for Capcom and the resolution of the game would lend itself to that.
