Such an odd headline. But that is such a shitty company to work for. I thought about applying there when i was a butcher and glad i didnt. They treat the employees like crap and management are the worst of the worst. I could go on and on about how bad they are. I guess if you're not getting your hands dirty then it wouldn't be so bad.

Board of directors are literally not doing anything , other than prolly zoom meeting once a month. And if she has connections in other industries, she can hook them up for potential extra revenue.

Same. I haven't hit 40 yet, but I'm thinking about retirement and been working for it for the past few years.

I'm surprised so many corpo suits just keep going.
 
I think this just proves these management type know nothing about their product, they only know how to read sales reports, income statement spreadsheets, Balance Sheet and cash flow reports. For them the actually product doesn't even matter. They are just wigets， They apply the same system to every company, regardless.
She'll tell you she loves Tyson nuggets just like she'll tell you she loves the XBox. Truth is she never have and never will eat a tyson nugget, and she never have and never will play a game on the xbox.


That's why going public eventually kills every company, because you eventually end up being run by an entire management team of people like this.

I can't take this woman seriously after her complete nonsensical answers she gave in an interview she did about the closing of Tango and Arkane. She really showed her colors there. She's just another soulless corpo exec who doesn't give a fuck about gaming. Fake it til you make it, I guess.

Many people already suspected that her current Xbox leader job is a glass cliff position that she knows full well will end with her, and that she is making arrangements to move elsewhere seamlessly. Good for her I guess. But it just seems unfair that she could arrange to relocate in advance because she knows when she would be fired, while deliberately lying to her employees about when they would be cut off until the last possible moment.
 
Never understood how people even get into these positions.

I get working a lot is included as a given but I've seen so many people - including my current boss - work ridiculous hours for years and there's no way he's getting promoted out of where he is.

I'm stuck in a rut myself but it's a comfy rut.

It's the same as becoming a politician. It requires the same skills for bullshitting your way to the top. Nothing to do with hard work or even being competent.

In this case, add some DEI points and you have the full package.

Yes, it's usually minorities who end up at the top and benefit inordinately from nepotism, same with politicians, they're all black women.

I was in Springdale Arkansas, their headquarters, a few years ago. I saw several Tyson chicken trucks on the road. Stink aside, those were some unhappy chickens. I genuinely felt bad for them.
 
This is bullshit. Are they planning to skip chicken nuggets on the Series S because they won't taste as good? Yet they're the exact same nuggets on the PS5.

Seriously my company asked me about being a manager. I just said no thanks. I talk to my current manager now and how customers call him at home at all hours of the night just to bitch about someone fucking up. It makes me smile inside knowing I turned it down. Not to mention the stress that comes with it.
