What do you think that version of the map looks like? We're too polarized for the map to look anything like that. The depth South ain't going blue and I have my doubts about Ohio.

FiveThirtyEight did an article a while back on What a Clinton Landslide Would Look Like

Trump could kill somone live on stage for the next debate and I would still think this is optimistic lol

AZ, GA, SC, MO, IA and IN are all very likely red.

You're optimism is inspiring though

If he loses by 10%, he's losing all of those states (e: except IN) straight up. He's barely leading in some down 2%!

Fucking LOL, just saw someone post some stupid conspiracy theory on Hillary's mic (probably don't even click to give them ad revenue...) and one of the first sentences is:

One thing that has baffled many is how Hillary seemed so ready with answers and detailed facts...

Holy shit one of the most qualified candidates for office knows what they're talking about!? I know preparation is surprising to Trump supporters but come on lmao

Man the more you think about this debate, the worse it gets for Trump. That was a dire performance from every perspective, unless you're a supporter who wants him to repeat the same shit he does in his rallies in lieu of debating.

You guys are probably right. It's so hard to tell the difference between satire and people actually thinking Trump is a good dude. It's terrifying that I can't enjoy satire anymore because of Trump.

Thanks Trump.

Sometimes I think a lot of people don't realize what a Secretary in State actually does. It's a uh very foreign policy intensive job. Most of her prep probably wasn't even about the facts themselves, just how she presented them while dealing with Trump. Donald on the other hand probably needs to take some quick classes to bone up on the basics. His lack of policy knowledge is just going to become more and more apparent when he gets a question first and can't piggyback off another person's response.

It's just bizarre to see people knock her qualifications.

Yeah, where she's lacking now is in economics and domestic policy, where she led Trump but not by much. If she can work on shoring up her augments there while still prepping for dealing with Trump, she'll do just fine the next two debates.

Re-watching the highlights from last night.

The Alicia Machado thing was such a grand slam for Clinton. It was a killer line and Trump was clearly surprised by it. All he could do was start rambling about Rosie O'Donnell and how he held himself back from talking about Bill Clinton's scandals, as if that would accomplish anything.

The fact that it happened so late in the debate guaranteed an incoherent response from him, too - they knew Trump wouldn't have the discipline to fake competence for 90 minutes.

It was beautiful to watch it unfold.

A lot of Trump supporters (and even a lot of naive Bernie ones) really are way too knew to this politics thing. They can't comprehend that anyone can have answers to all the questions about being President, because they've lowered their expectations for Trump, just because they like a lot of aspects about him.

I feel like I'm at wit's end. The number of times Trump straight up lied last night is uncomfortable to be blunt and this is ignoring his racism and sexism, yet all people can still fucking do is bring up the goddamned emails.

Look I'm not saying the email shit isn't bad, nor would I ever defend that incident, but what else is there? I've seen numerous "joke" pics on Facebook-- I saw a pie chart thing titled "things I trust more than Hillary Clinton" and shit like "a cocktail with Bill Cosby" was one of them. Okay I sort of chuckled but still.

Defending Trump by citing the email scandal is the most hypocritical shit I can think of.

I whinny my fervor lowly, for his length is not as great as those of the Hylian war stallions

Especially since Trump could not produce emails in a court case...

The Clinton email situation is so overblown (in part by the partisan FBI director).

The Clinton email situation is so overblown

I've read several articles such as this one, and this is good too. If you try and share it with the wrong people, though, it'll just be spun like the Wheel of Fortune. Is it really true though that absolutely none of the e-mails in question were actually classified and that her actions were not prohibited? If this is factual, none of this should be held against her. At least I don't think so, based on what I've read and I've looked into it.

It can still be seen as a little weird, maybe even make someone uncomfortable voting for her, I guess? But what about everything Trump has said, even just last night? I don't even think Hillary needed to drop the Alicia bomb, but at the same time it brings to light, to anyone paying a shred of attention how much of an asshole he is. People are comfortable with that? Okay.

Donald has a good heart but i just dont think he has the guts to be the POTUS

I'm going to need receipts for that. A shit load of them

Fuck you trump and your enablers.

I'm willing to bet at least half the people propagating the 'both sides' bullshit are closet Trump supporters themselves.

Which in my honest to god opinion is just so fucking lazy. If someone prefers Trump, fine. I disagree but that's me, not the other person. Same for Hillary. And I don't have a lot to love about Hillary, of course she's flawed but I feel like it's my responsibility as an American citizen to weigh the pros and cons. You can think they're both bad and that'd be a valid thought, but for me that's not the point at all. Say I'll mention this anywhere, in person or social media and 99% of the time I'll get the whole "well they're both horrible so don't vote for either, we're doomed" yadda yadda.

The problem with not voting is not voting. I need to have a personal idea of who's gonna be able to run the country the better of the two and that's where my vote's going.

The ride to work was interesting.
I listen to a channel that had Rush on it, only because the have traffic updates every ten minutes.

He kept talking about his big media wouldn't report on the little things..like..

How Clinton looked shook, kept rolling her eyes and was fake smiling the whole time.
In his opinion, Trump win because he was calm, cool and collected and didn't react to her words.

What did he watch? How can he talk about bias and be completely off his rocker?

She may have done those things. But he was gulping water, sniffing and kept rolling his eyes the whole time. His temperament was almost non existent.
My mom is a big Rush listener and tried to convince me of this. She also said how mean she was because she would smirk at him. My fucking God, what election have they been watching?

Then she tried to start an argument that he was against the Iraq war. Then, when I played the tape for her, she said it didn't matter because he wasn't a politician then. God damn.

Guys............... If Hillary doesn't knock these debates out of the park... I really think Trump is going to win. She absolutely crushed last night but somehow the small amount of people out there that don't see him for what he is (not including his supporters) are seriously being influenced by the lies the GOP has been pushing.

I think the lies are going to win. I think Trump will be the next president :( :( :( :( :( :(

Hillary was always going to win. Trump has to sweep the swing states to even have a chance.

It'll be closer than Mitt/Obama though.

Honestly it was surgically curated from Clintons end. They have Trumps number so bad, and thats what happens when you have ao little talking points and you repeat the same thing over and over again. Clinto came swinging from every direction, and Trump tried to make the same weak points.
