Haha maybe im not impressed with her at all lol.

My biggest reason id rather her win is the supreme court nominee. I highly disagree with his answer on that and supreme court should definently be more liberal

Maybe you're like me then. I judge Clinton much more harshly than Trump. She SHOULD be killing him in these things.

I think they pretty much were a draw so far up until tonight, for example.

50% think Trump would handle immigration better versus 48% for Clinton, per CNN.

what the fuck

Open borders open borders open borders.

Doesn't matter that the phrase wasn't related to immigration at all.

Plus don't forget just how strongly nativist and petty the country is about immigrants. Strong man says take country back = half the country rejoices.

I know Chris Wallace was fine in controlling the conversation and getting the candidates to stick to policy discussions.

But I'm sorry, that "Obama Stimulus led to the slowest GDP growth since 1949" question was so grossly misinformed and misleading it's making me physically ill.

Yep, that whole last section was premised on clownshow Republican economic orthodoxy and Fox News talking points

That's rough. I'd like to see a side to side comparison.

Can't find anything yet, I changed the channel so I can't rewind. Hoping someone gets a screen cap of her scraped up knee. I normally think she looks very good, but wow it looked like her head was in a dryer without static guard.

I don't understand why Hillary didn't respond to his experience critiques with something like, "Donald, as a single senator, I couldn't make all the changes I wanted to, that's simply not how our government works. But I assure you, I will be able to do much more as president."

Masterclass debate by Hillary. Completely defanged Trump.

Tonight I will sleep the soundest sleep I've had this whole election cycle.

Part of me wishes she didn't stoop down to his level but it was oh so satisfying to watch her tear him apart.

I agree to an extent, but this needed to be done. Trump must be destroyed, or at least everything that he has cultivated must. The reason I am fine with this is because with her, it isn't her only angle. She has the facts and understanding to throw these jabs. For her, these are an aside. For Trump, they are the main thrust weakly surrounded by vague knowledge and insight.

I'm very surprised the CNN polls are that close. I watched the whole thing and thought this was easily his worst performance yet and was totally unhinged for the last half hour.

Very lopsided. Hillary did well.

i've been begging for over 5 years.
November 9th is going to be so cathartic.

Can we take bets on which Trump surrogates finally tell us the truth and say on air that they are relieved that they no longer have to defend him?

Glad I'm not alone in wondering this

what the fuck

No there are a number of GOP operatives (NeverTrump or otherwise) who have repeatedly suggested that it's not exactly a winning strategy to hammer Trump on immigration and islamophobia because wide swaths of Americans are okay with Trump's stance on deportation and rejecting refugees. This is just another data point to back up that claim.

I think there's a kernel of truth to the idea that voters are simply not okay with Trump's insults and inflammatory language, and are ultimately fine with the racist immigration policies he espouses.

Of course, that's incredibly depressing. But it's also good to know that my candidate will stand up for what's right rather than what's politically expedient.

She's dictating conversation on her terms. Not even entertaining the idea that she was a weakness politician or that she will have trouble.

Strong answer imo

Why? There's zero shady about the Clinton Foundation. There's an unproven expectation of wrong doing, like the assumption that every politician is on the take, which is just a fantasy spun out of watching too much TV dramas. People make the bad assumption of where there's smoke there's fire when every allegation leveled against Hillary Clinton has been smoke and mirrors.

Dude that is an incredible line.

He only did well in the eyes of his voters and people who don't understand politics.

Huh? Not Trump, I was responding to a post about the moderator at the time....
Trump was fucking awful and a disgrace as always.

He was talking about Wallace keeping things on question.

And in the end the moderator wasn't that good outside of keeping things on topic, some of the questions had quite wrong facts.

Guy on CNN says he's an undecided voter, but calls Trump an egomaniac. These undecided voters are morons. Then at the end he says he is now decided and will vote Trump.

Lol, he literally lied to the FBI about leaking sensitive information to some dude writing a book.

That's their poster boy for equivalency to Hillary?

It's not JUST that he lied, it's that he lied about LEAKING STATE-SENSITIVE INFORMATION to the media.

My first take is that this general did plead guilty himself.

This one undecided dude on CNN just called Trump an egomaniac and unpatriotic...and then raised his hand as one of the people who decided to vote for Trump after this debate.

I...what?

That's also a weak ass answer
