The Seattle Fire Department said it was treating five people with gunshot wounds in downtown Seattle Wednesday night.

The shooting took place on 3rd Street Avenue between Pike and Pine. But it appeared to be unrelated to an anti-Trump protest that was taking place in downtown Seattle. The marchers had passed that area much earlier before shots were fired.

The funny thing is "turning the other cheek" actually means "don't become consumed by revenge" or "vengeful" where you have to ask yourself "at what cost?" Somethings can easily be let go, somethings can't, one has to be reasonable based on the situation.

Protest in Dallas started at American Airlines center, wasn't too big maybe 100-200 max. I left to eat, then ran into them again in the center of downtown and it had grown some.

I didn't stick around until the end and was kind of on the outskirts. Didn't catch anything definitive about tomorrow. Wish I knew more. I'll walk by Campus Martius when I get home from work tomorrow and check it out.
