Wow what the fuck, you're right. Download off the website even was at 4 hours estimated, shut off the ps4 and restarted the download, 5 mins. That's bizarre, because everything else about my internet was fine, even a speed test was showing normal speeds.

Im downloading Madden from the store it only downloaded 3 of the 14gb and it lets me launch the game but it freezes. Anybody know what's the deal.

Anyone having random issues with the controller just lagging out? Happens after playing for a while. The controller just has major input lag, like half a second after you move the stick then the screen responds.
This is happening to me frequently with two different controllers. I'm not sitting far away or anything. Happens online and offline. Never had this issue with ps3. Anyone?

Is there anyway to appear offline? I hate the feeling of blowing off invites or having to decline them because I want to get some singleplayer gaming done.
Can't you just sign out of PSN?

But then you run the risk of certain features or parts of a game not working correctly, or having to sign in and sign out quickly. It's an option, but i was hoping for something else. There was no "appear offline" option on PS3 either and I had the same issue.

It looks to me like its automatically recording so when you press the share button you can edit down/save the past 15 minutes, and it also saves a screenshot every time you hit the share button.
Separate downloads for the PS4, PS3, and Vita versions. Download the ones that are the PS4 version.

Does anyone know if I can play the digital versions of a PS3/PS4 game at the same time? I'm thinking about buying AC4 and will probably go digital if I can play both at the same time (so my roommate can play on his ps3 while I play on ps4). I know how the physical copy works, but what about the digital?

Can be played offline. Actually not entirely sure it can even be played online to be honest
To get to Co-Op on knack you simply have 2 controllers signed on/powered on to the same PS4 and boot up the game
Can also do co-op with a vita connected to the PS4 wirelessly

Would it let me download the PS3 or Vita version to my PS4? I downloaded the one that just said Flower it was 700+ MBs. Why does it say PS4 on 2 of the downloads?

I was at bestbuy this morning trading in some games when i over heard the employees saying that they where holding the ps4 for 8 days now instead of 5. I'm assuming they're referring to the preorders that never got picked up.
Guys I connected my headphones to the PS4 and it sounded really quiet and low volume for some reason (also not great sound quality overall) These headphones sound great on PC or PS3.Is there something wrong with that ? Its turtle beach earforce P11 for PS3 btw(if that matters)

Since I am still waiting for the European launch and Amazon taking all my money from my CC, I thought of the two things that are curiously missing from this hardware launch.
- An official Sony vertical stand. To be honest, Most Sony consoles have looked better when they are stood up, vertically. With PS2 it made little difference, but with all PS3 models, the console looks better standing up and it also runs better for me. This is not a joke. My launch PS3 made less noise when it was vertical. My current slim model makes less noise and the plastic does not crack when I stand it up. I also have the official slim model vertical support stand. The console does not really need extra support and I don't jump a lot around my TV, but it looks good and it provides some little peace of mind. Now, coming back to the PS4 vertical stand. It is not a Sony product. It is just branded as an official Sony product. I think it looks really bad, both boring and ugly. The slits in the sides look flimsy. Why hasn't Sony released an official stand? I think this is a real oversight.
- A new remote control for the console. I use my PS3 to watch huge quantities of movies and series. Even without DLNA being available at launch, I still intend to use the PS4 to watch something from my ever-growing blu-ray collection. The fact that Sony has not released - nor even showcased the new remote control for PS4 - is very odd for me. Sure, HDMI control helps, but I want a remote control that controls my PS4 first and my TV second.
They kept "trophies" in english. I think they are just stupid/lazy.

Does anyone know if the PS3 or PS4 controller can be linked to the PS Vita for remote play? I'm considering buying the official charging stand so I can have it at my desk and use my ps3 controller to play, if this does indeed work...
It's an official Sony product. You asked why they haven't released an official Sony stand, and clearly they have. Had you asked why they haven't produced one themselves, probably because they never produced any themselves to begin with. I'd imagine they'd have outsourced any product like that with the official Sony logo anyway.

Can someone help me understand trophies? Got up to a level 4 on PS3 without paying attention. Is each one worth a different percentage? Meaning is a bronze always 1%?

Hold the PS button and click on adjust devices. You should be able to increase your headphone volume.
Yes, when you add it to your queue on the site it should automatically turn on your PS4 and DL the game.
I know the Vita doesn't support PS4 controller but I'm not sure about thr PS3 controller.
