Anyone have Origin issues? It would come up with 2 boxes overlapping each other on FIFA and BF. I could only get it to one box if I hit square or triangle and then I could hit the check box and next, but nothing would happen. I would search, but I'm on mobile and can't search the thread.

Microsoft isn't as handy with making hardware. To prevent further problems dealing with overheating, they have taken as many precautions as possible. Including making the xbone so massive.

I've seen this argument multiple times and I just don't buy it. If the power draw from all the components are known (which they have to be), then the heat generated is a fairly simple equation. Designing around those known parameters is relatively straight-forward and is done on a daily basis by all electronics companies.

My opinion is that MS wanted the X1 to look like it fit in a standard 19" hi-fi component rack to sit next to your AV amplifier etc. and not look out of place.

Is there a way to use the touchpad to move around in the virtual keyboard? I could've sworn the Giant bomb guys using some alternate method to doing it than left stick/dpad but i cant get it working.

Nvm. Figured it out. That's insane to use the gyro to move cursor.

I think if you hit triangle or square (I forget...the keyboard actually shows the button) then you can use the controller as a pointer to input text. The trackpad isn't supported in that way.

Of course the entire idea is to get you roped into these services and hope you stick with it, which is easier if your payment info and such is already entered so you can just set it and forget it. This is like basic business.
