Let's say I am on my secondary Ps4 console not my primary. Can I purchase digital games on the secondary and will I then be able to just download it whenever I'm ready on my primary console?

What I am trying to ask is, if I purchase games on the secondary will it mark it as the primary console?

I thought that section was cool. The part with the platform jumps while carrying those battery things...I wanted to throw my controller out the window.

Just got through that part yesterday and man that was terrible, took me about 20 tries. Also the Turret sequence in Ch 7 is bad if you do not kill enough people before jumping into it. I was playing on hard though so I don't know if it was terrible on normal.

Cheers, I might need to create a dummy FB account then. Yeah they definitely need a png setting, along with another way to export.

Walked into WalMart at 3:30pm, got their final (of 6) wristband. Went home. Came back at about 5:30 to see a massive line. Freaked out a little but the line moved briskly. About an hour later....mother fucking Playstation 4 ACQUIRED! FINALLY!

Fuuuck. Blew up my first chance to get a PS4 today. Went to the local supermarket at 7:55 am but they had sold out their stock literally a moment before I arrived there... I was probably among the 1-3 dudes who couldn't get one anymore.

Still have a few chances at different stores at 9 am and 10 am. I should probably go queue already...

Yeah, me too. I have to crank the volume up by a good margin. All my other devices/consoles seem to have a very similar volume output. But the PS4 is barely audible at normal volume levels.

This is a pain when I flick back over to TV and my eardrums explode.

So I have picked up Killzone as my launch game and need something else awesome to go with it. Any suggestions? I already have BF4 and Ghosts

Weird launch story.

Was headed home from work in Melbourne, Australia, carrying my ps4. When I come across a large EB bag in the middle of the sidewalk with an easily visible PS4 inside!

People are just walking around it!

I stopped right next to it looking around for who it belongs to, and there's just no one, except for a homeless guy 3 feet away asking me to give it to him.

"Um, no..." Was all i could say.

Then i see this guy running from quite far away, runs up and collects his(i presume) bag.

Strangest thing!
I don't know how the guy managed to lose his PS4 in the middle of the sidewalk.

Now that the official Sony vertical stand is out in Europe (presumably), I want to know if they are physically the same as these third party, officially licensed stands we have here in North America.

This console is absolutely fantastic.

My girlfriend still thinks it's ugly though. She says it's a paving slab. Seriously, woman.

Also, when buying the console I told someone in the queue that I was going to probably watch an Antonio Banderas film on it the next day. Half of the people there instantly knew what I was on about and more than a few knew about neogaf. This wasn't GAME, this was Tesco.

Goddamn, GAF.

Holy hell guys, PS4s are still going for over $100 over MSRP on eBay. I'll wait until after Black Friday to really freak out, but I really wonder how much longer this can go on with how high the shipments have been, it almost seems like a sure thing that the PS4 will get the November game system record, but could it actually potentially also gain the overall highest month ever in America? I'm less convinced but am looking forward to seeing if it can get close.

I only bought a DS4 for PS3 and PC compatability for now...aaaand the micro usb cords I have are short, so that is a pickle. I hadn't realised it needed a different connection.

Had a blast at the midnight launch.

Was nice and busy. I ended up being the 3rd person in line in the pre-paid queue.

Some dude actually turned up to buy an Xbox One, haha.

First impressions are very, very positive. I love the controller and the asthetics of the hardware in general. The UI is lovely and snappy. Download times could be quicker and the lack of pause/resume for downloads needs patching, but I'm going to monitor how that all unfolds post-launch. All the updates I needed to do finished within minutes.

IS THERE NO 7 DAY TRIAL FOR PS+?????

I bought this and Battlefield 4 but its still sealed so I could trade that for ac4 or ps+ still.

I was hoping for some multiplayer action. Does anyone have a spare code or can I just do the trial with a new psn account or something?

You get 30 days of plus with the console, also battlefield has a code for 7 days of plus(at least in the USA it does.)

Picked mine up last night! Rushed home, installed the motherfucker and fiddled with it till three in the morning. Felt like a fucking toddler in christmas morning.

The two thjngs rhat had me worried turned out to be the biggest highlights of the system:
- the UI
- remote play

The ui is obviously the next form of the XMB but its so fast and snappy! And very well organised. I love the account integration, the library, the instant suspend resume / mulitasking and it has some very comforting jingles and sounds.

And what can i say about remote play? It works as advertised, and its good. The lag is neligable, and the image quality very good.
Man next gen is glorious :)

Oh, come on! Nordisk Film is distributing PS4 here, do you really think they would give us anything for free? They just raise the prices and remove all the bundles.
Sony EU says "bundles will be available in all of europe", but Nordisk Film says "nope, we removed those and raised the prices, here you go!". The prices here for the xbone and the ps4 is the same thanks to them.

We get to pay 499€ for standard edition instead of 499€ for controller, camera and game bundle. I'm importing from Germany as soon as I can, no way I'll give them my money.

Yep I'm very, very pissed, planned on picking up a unit in store today, but since last I checked (1,5 month ago), all stores raised the prices by almost 60€ so now I'll import instead and won't have one before christmas.

Edit: They also distribute some blu-rays and dvds in the nordic. They strip the extra material 100% of the times and often crap all over sound quality.

But we ARE getting bundles. At least the Killzone bundle. And we should get the 14-day PS Plus trial as well.
