When i first started Killzone campaign, in intro sound was laggy, is this because game is installing?

I'd leave way more than 10cm! I learnt with temp tests when positioning my PC that every cm of exhaust restriction increases internal temps exponentially.
There are no feet on the left, it's intended.
(I don't mean that they intended it to rock, I meant it's normal)

The "feet" are on the very right and beneath the light strip, so yeah, that's gonna happen if you do that. So don't do that.

Man the ps4 is amazing!! Enjoying it like crazy! Question: call of duty multiplayer does not work. Is there a known problem at the moment?
Same goes for FIFA 14, trying to connect to ea server but getting a text saying I have to sign in to sony entertainment network and ea server.. I am logged into my psn account.. So don't get why I can't connect to ea server

Guys, I think something is wrong with my ps4. I had it on standby and my cable guy came over to fix our cable. All plugged into same surge protector which he turned off while ps4 was in standby. A big no no. Here's the thing, I haven't touched my console in a week and I've already forgotten how it is supposed to sound but it's loud when it boots (not sure if this is because I've been playing xb1 for a few days and I've just forgotten).
When i opt for standby, the fan keeps running for a minute before going in standby .

I think you'll be alright, as long as you keep the shelf relatively dust-free. It might be a good idea to set the aircon a few degrees lower during warm weather days.

That was my intention, especially as the house is old, and seems to draw in dust from the ventilation shafts like a magnet. I was also thinking about whether I should put some kind of a slab of wood or something under the system, so it wouldn't be in a direction connection with the metal shelf.
EDIT: The metal shelf was quite hot underneath, when I had had the system on for about 13 hours.
Mine doesn't.

Yeah unfortunately that's the case. The US voucher is only good on US PSN accounts.

The unit is AWESOME. Says Made in China, super quiet (okay, disk drive is clearly audible, nothing worse than other Playstations however) and the controller has a "02" at the end of its number...
Got Knack with it (the retailer was pushing the console bundled only, in order to raise profit) and I felt like getting it anyway, so this is welcome.
But holy crap, that launch pickup... worst experience EVER.

PSN ate my AC4: Aveline Missions DLC code but didn't give me the DLC and now the code is used..

Just got back from the shop, updated the firmware, and downloading some games.
I take it you can't queue downloads? I'm on a not-so good connection and after exiting the store I noticed everything downloading at once, which was going to take a while. I've cancelled everything except Resogun and will play that while some other stuff downloads.
All in all, the setup process was much nicer than the xbone process. Even the unboxing and physical setup was much easier.

I believe you just go into store to activate. No code. Only works if you've never been a subscriber iirc?

I can't explain how impressed I am with the PS4, even after all the hype. It's a sublime piece of hardware.
It's just so damn fast. The way it downloads patches in the background and also installs games in the background is particularly seamless.
Assassins Creed IV is fucking jaw-dropping after updating to the 1080p patch. Mind blowing in fact. Perfectly crisp, smooth and the texture detail is incredible. It looks beautiful on my Panny VT65, leagues ahead of last gen.
Resogun runs like a charm too, getting addicted already.
Flower is also jaw-dropping. And free! Free! Just because I purchased it on PS3 years ago. Sony you're fucking amazing, I'm a convert after being so pro-Xbox 360 for the last 8 years.
In fact there's loads of free stuff on the store to try out, a couple of demos, f2p stuff and the Plus games. Very impressive and loads to play with on day one. Just wish the store was easier to navigate.
Only disappointment is Killzone, for which single player really should be locked to 30fps as it's not managing 60fos. I can't stand the judder, it's giving me nausea and making it almost unplayable. The fov doesn't help either.
But everything else is spot on. This is the new PS2 and Sony is definitely back. It's a console that doesn't need any gimmicks. And you just know it's powerful as soon as you use it. I can't believe this is just the very beginning. I can't even imagine what we'll be seeing down the line on this thing.

Loving my PS4 so far, everything has been great with it since I finally managed to log into PSN. This really feels like a great evolution over what consoles were last gen.
One thing that annoys me a bit is that when I choose to output audio over optical out, it's still being ouput over HDMI as well. I can see how that might be useful for some, but I don't want that behavior. It means I have to turn my TV volume down, as I obviously don't want the audio coming from both my TV and my hi-fi system at the same time.

Yup, no change from the PS3 , I just downloaded War thunder from the EU PS store. Just make a new user and sign in with your info.
On the page on the store there should be a section in add-ons that's says "My add ons" or something.

No sold out everywhere. I could have gotten one of the few they got in yesterday if I wanted to line up at Wal-Mart at 3pm. But it's Thanksgiving so fuck that. I went back about 8pm and they still had xbox ones 2 hours after the sale started.

There was stock. I went to gamestop last night at midnight and while waiting in line there 2 PS4s and 2 Xbones were purchased. I don't know exactly how much stock there was but there certainly is stock around.
