Same here... Kind of. I was actually just about to cancel all my preorders because of all the hardware issue talk, low review scores and Super Mario 3D World getting 10's. Feels suprisingly nice to have the first PS4 game sitting right here though so I'll go in day 1 anyway. Now the waiting begins!
yeah, in the end I'm getting the KZ pack and picked up AC - as I have PS+ I'll have plenty to keep me busy for now!

Thanks, I somehow forgot Battlefield was broken online at the minute, so that's out and ACIV is in to boost the single-player lineup.
And because NBA is fuelled with microtransactions again, I'm going to hold off until it's cheaper. Need for Speed IN.
Do you mean ACIV? They're not shipping early. The game is out tomorrow on PS4, just like Call of Duty was out at the beginning of the month.

Really want AC4 but can't justify paying silly money for it. I've still to play AC3 as well...
Also want Knack to play co-op with my GF, mainly due to being starved of PS4 co-op titles at launch. Not willing to pay what it's at just now though, hopefully the price bombs quickly.

Can someone give me extra info on this Sony center in Berlin, is it a shop or a place for expositions. Googled , not sure, basically in Latvia earliest I can hope for is the 15th December, which won't do, I took my 2 week paid leave for the first half of December, so I think of just driving the ~ 1300 km and get it on launch day, but I need Info from you German Gaf, what is the address, when does it open on launch day, etc. Thanks

Anyone know how much GAME are charging for XBone games in-store? Curious, since the PS4 prices haven't revealed but imagine they'll be the same. Weighing up whether to bother with NFS from them with the £10 off or ordering online.
Yeah, I've yet to see a console player be more specific about that. "It's just broken, skip it" is all the answers I get.

Sony Center is building complex at Potsdamer Platz in the centre of Berlin.

The event starts on November 28 (thursday!) at 5 pm and console sales start at 7 pm. Sony claims that there are enough consoles for every potential buyer.

God damn I am pissed off at Zavvi for cancelling my order without explanation. I mentioned the friendly "We can confirm that the cancellation for the products listed below has been successful. Your card has not been charged for these items" mail I received earlier, and has since tried coming into contact with Zavvi without success.

Is anyone else in phase 3 at GAME? I'm apparently guaranteed before Christmas at my branch, but I'm just wondering if it's worth calling other local stores after launch in case there's any stragglers.
Next gen isn't really starting good for me. First Amazon.de doesn't manage to deliver my KZ megabundle on release and now my first game is delivered broken.
The case has a crack on the side and it seems like it won't close/open well. The cover is also teared apart at the side. I will return it to Amazon and get a replacement.
I guess the idiot from DHL wanted to stuff the game in our mail slot with force and broke it. Our mail slot isn't made for packages.
What a bad omen. My Vita also had a dead pixel at launch which I didn't replace (pixel is in a corner) and my 60GB PS3 had a broken fan control.
I hope now I have run out of bad luck.

Oh yes, Zavvi just cancelled my PS4 without further explanation and has chosen not to answer me further. I should note that all other inquires to them in other topics have been answered pretty quickly.

Has there been any confirmation on what the DD pricing will be on the PSN store for the UK?
I haven't ordered any games yet (except the bundled KZ), and I'd like to go all-digital given the mandatory installs. However if the pricing is going to be ridiculous I'll just pre-order some physical games now, at least I can trade them.

£54.99 for digital? That's disappointing, when most titles can be had for under 50 quid on Amazon, plus the fact I can trade those in, reducing the price even more. I wish I could say I was surprised but I know deep down Steam has spoilt me

I'm stuck on the fence on digital or retail, I know that obviously retail will be cheaper, BUT having the Vita and the idea of a library of games just to stream on the fly without the need of a disc is almost worth the difference to me I feel. I'm really stuck on what to do.

Ìf you would get a 1.5TB drive i guess digital would be pretty feasible, anything smaller however and you are probably going to run into a shortage of space real quick.
