The way it looks, people that ordered with Amazon UK are the only people that may not get it early lol. Every other retailer seems to have dispatched, or is about too.

if at 15:00 no movement i will be contacting amazon uk. pre ordered the 2x ds4 camera kz.

This exactly, once it goes to Preparing For Dispatch I can just chill and relax for Friday.

Where would they be dispatching them from? I'm in Scotland and live a hour from the largest amazon distribution centre in the UK and I'm on "preparing for dispatch".
London here, no movement on my order yet.
It seems random to me :/ Milton Keynes would be my closest depot, but I have never had a tracking from there.
I do know that I almost always get my orders dispatched at the last moment. Guessing it has to do with being in London.

Still no movement for me. I think Amazon dispatched my Vita the day before release and I got it the next day, though.

Yeah, my Amazon order also currently says not yet dispatched. I got in touch with the customer service to see when I will get charged, to which they replied when the item is dispatched... So I asked them if they knew when that would be and they said it is currently in the dispatch process. So yeah, not really sure, I told them the order says its not yet dispatched, and they reiterated it has begun the dispatch process and I would receive it on Friday.

I'm very upset. I've called to the shop (Sony Center) where I ordered my PS4. I asked the guy: may I'll come for my PS4 tomorrow 18:00-19:00? The answer wasn't nice: sorry, but actually we don't know, what time we'll receive PS4 to the shop on friday.

Yesterday my sister revealed that she's getting married, afterwards i went to a concert of my favorite band (Queens of the stone age) and it fucking rocked!

Guys, from the American side here. My Amazon order didn't change status until release day. In fact, they contacted me via email the day before to say I had an issue with payment (card expired shortly after pre-order in June). I was nervous it wouldn't make it on launch day but everything worked itself out.

Got my despatched notice from Simplygames. Not bad for only putting my order in two days ago hehehe!
NOTE: To be fair they've already warned everyone with a PS4 pre-order that the despatched notices before the 28th just mean they are ready to head out at the warehouse, not actually shipped. They're not sending anything before tomorrow.
