PS5 Pro shimmering/aliasing issues seems to be system related not PSSR. Have evidence.

You don't know that it doesn't have anything to do with PSSR.
Of course it doesn't. It's a Thread about a supposed system-related issue introducing shimmering and or aliasing on some PS5 games running in backwards compatibility, as OP clearly states.

And sure, it's possible to get rid of the dithered fur that PSSR is blurring.. while at the same time looking better and more refined..

I added the image to your gif.. quality took a hit and isn't the best, but it's obvious which one does a better job with fine hair detail.
...

I very obviously meant using reconstructions techniques, like the Pro mode is doing. Which for proper comparison should also share same internal resolution like all of the above comparisons.

Ok. Been having a play and if you turn off motion blur it lessens the shimmering a fair bit. You can test this by using the training level in multiplayer and everything the first building. It does not eliminate it but it does lessen it. I guess we just need to wait for a patch

As I showed earlier, whoever created the videos in the OP had motion blur and DoF on-on the PS5 Pro and off on the PS5 regular, so not surprising.
