MS should...quit...making pc games. Amirite?
If that meant UWP would die I'm 100% behind that. Asking something from Microsoft is like using a monkey's paw.

The quit button is actually there, it just disappears when you're looking for it.
Launch big pic mode and another game?
Or ,in this case Cry
How are you possibly defending this?
you gotta go back in time to find it
I'm not defending, I just don't see the need to create a shitstorm about that.
Then again, I never quit through the main menu, so maybe that`s why I don`t care about it. I remember my friend going back like 5 screens in FIFA15 to quit the game while I was thinking "just press alt-f4 please".
Oh, it's got doors. But it's like a cop car, you can only open them from the outside. So you can get in, but you can't get out again.

Why is this becoming a thing now? I've seen it in at least 4 or 5 games in the last half year
Agree with you... especially pc gamers...I'm not defending, I just don't see the need to create a shitstorm about that.

Other games have this? Can you list them? What a weird thing.

No word of a lie, in my computer science class the quit button to exit the program is lesson 2 I think after making a "hello" button lol.I'm having that exact same reaction when I read people in this thread defending not having a quit option LOL.
Like, what the shit?!?
A PC game without a quit. Wow. Add that on top of all the other UWP bullshit and it's just ridiculous.
yeah why bother with a quit button. hell, why bother with an options menu. or a menu full stop! just click the game icon and play. skip all that reading nonsense.
Excited to see how it runs on Lirik's 10,000 PC tomorrow.
When will this be available on PC?
When will this be available on PC?
Did you prefer to buy a XB1 to play the game? I prefer the UWP, i know they can fix it with a simple patch or use my mouse.what

weird wording for "today" I guess
Talk about just shoving it onto the PC with no regards to actual optimization or simple PC features. Funny how MS is pushing games on the Windows Store hard, yet they can't seem to figure out and do simple tasks.

It's because they don't really care unless people complain again and again. Their main plan is simply to force people to use the store. You want the game? it's only available there. That's it. It's too bad, really. They have the money and the manpower to create something great but they don't seem to want to.
That guy saying performance sucks with his 980
Is using an AMD 8320 8 core according to his YouTube video with shadowplay running
Benchmarks for that CPU are not that great.....and they rank under my 3770k by a huge margin and that CPU is 3-4 years old now.

Not even the worst part apparently.

Yup, they just had to screw something up!If that meant UWP would die I'm 100% behind that. Asking something from Microsoft is like using a monkey's paw.

Day 37, i'm still stuck playing Quantum Break.
Because pc gamers use the mouse all the time. I know that a quit button is better but the lack of one is not the end of the world especially when you can use the mouse. Also you cant do nothing with the controller in the Windows store, so make sense.I didnt get the "specially PC gamers"
thats all
I love the sarcastic posts in these threads.Yep, not buying it.
I don't get how this guy is getting sub-30's on low when the guy in the stream is running ultra with 60.
that one guy on twitter is basing that off of second hand experience- the twitch user is showing the game running live
who are you going to trust
Where are you getting that it's second hand?
