Quick Windows 2000 security question, need answer ASAP

Does the user "Administrator" have the exact same control as another user that is given "administrator privileges"? I think the answer is no but I'm not sure. A simple yes or no would suffice, but if you can list the main differences that would be great.

Yes, exact same. The default administrator has the same rights as any user that's given admin rights.
